Oct 20th, 2020 till October 27th, 2020.

Story of 7 days ( normally it would be 8 but i stayed awake during two days once so its seven instead ). October 20th 2020: Woke up at 11 AM. Weighed 213.3 lbs naked dissapointed as F. I drank a intraworkout powder and preworkout powder at the same time with a considerable amount of water once i reached downstairs. I did not start biking however until 1:41 PM at a resistance of 3. At 2:41 PM i had already passed the one hour mark and burnt 729 calories i decided to pump the resistance further to 4 (which it remained for the rest of the set). I was done at 4:11 PM this biking set i ran for 2 hours 30 minutes burning a total of 1785 calories. I admit that my speed decreased somewhat in the last hour otherwise i would have burned off even more calories but i was occupied with my hands focusing on my laptop (on a chair closeby). I weighed myself naked at 211.4 lbs. I am happy however the bad part is that its still more than what i was yesterday. I choose to do one set of 15 pushups (began ...

October 12th to October 19th (2020).

October 12th 2020: I woke up at 4:50 AM i wanted to sleep more but i failed to, with a severe lack of sleep i came downstairs at 7 AM. Was done with my first set of biking at 7:38 AM it was 30 minutes long i burnt 327 calories doing it. My first plank was 35 seconds (done at 7:40 AM), the second plank lasted 45 seconds (done at 7:42 AM). A 3rd set was completed by me it was 60 seconds aka a entire minute (done at 7:45 AM). The fourth set was 63 seconds long (done at 7:49 AM). The fifth set was 40 seconds long (done at 7:53 AM). I then weighed myself naked at 214.6 lbs. I decided to drink water and take a break. At 9:12 AM my right foot felt like it was buzzing as if it was an electric device. This is a rare occurence. I proceeded with pushups at 9:15 AM. 1st set was 13 reps (done at 9:15 AM), 2nd set was 10 reps (done at 9:17 AM). 3rd set i did 12 reps (done at 9:19 AM). October 11th 2020.

October 11th 2020: Woke up at around 5 AM, weighed 215.8 lbs naked before consuming anything. Went to the bathroom once for feces, many other times so far for urine. Ate junk food (oreos & three bags of trollis) by 9 AM i was done with all these meals. Then i drank 3 cups of coffee at 4 PM. Did 90 minutes of biking was done at 7:12 PM burning 1088 calories at a resistance of 3. I read some articles on the internet too. Before biking i did 1 set of 11 pushups and another set of 6. I then had a preworkout powder and started doing pushups during 8:05 PM. First set was 13 pushups (completed at 8:05 PM). Second set is 14 pushups (completed at 8:09 PM). The 3rd set was 15 pushups (completed at 8:15 PM). My last set of running was 45 minutes long, this set was done at 9:09 PM i burnt 582 calories at a resistance of 4 for most of the run. October 4th, 5th and 6th.

October 4th 2020: Got out of bed at around 3 or 330 PM i dont remember if i went to sleep at 8 AM or 9/10 AM (oct 4th) but i do know that i went outside just to walk get my body moving etc. Went back inside my house ate lays chips, a six inch subway sandwich, drank some sweet coke, had a muffin. Watched some episodes of "Vikings" started working out at 8:39 PM on my bike. I finished my first set at 9:09 PM burning 375 calories & crossing almost 7 miles as per the machine. My 2nd run/biking set was done at 12:40 AM (Oct 5th) i burned 1458 calories in 1 hour 47 minutes. After this i drank three cups of coffee & took a break eventually i started my third set which ended at 4:23 AM burning 819 calories in 1hr & 12 minutes. The total amount i burned through biking today is 2652 (3 hours 29 mins of biking). October 2nd and October 3rd.

October 2nd, 2020: I woke up at around 3:30 PM attempted to go back to sleep a few times, got out of bed at 4:33 PM, then started eating at 4:39 PM, had 4 eggs and two burgers (stuff i put in it; rotiserrie chicken, mayo, jalapeno). I had 4 eggs too & 4 small minty oreos and of course a glass of milk, two bottles of water. Late ron i went to the bathroom and took a shower. At 9:10 PM i had one monster energy drink which was "watermelon" flavor and "240 MG". 1st set - 16 pushups (done at 9:34 PM) 2nd set - 10 pushups (done at 9:36 PM) Run - 30 minutes burned 393 calories (done at 10:08 PM) 3rd set - 12 pushups (done at 10:10 PM) 1st set of this excercise - 10 reverse grip pushups (done at 10:11 PM) After that i went to the bathroom (2nd time today) & cleaned, then went back downstairs had some water and took a few bites of the top of a pumpkin muffin then stopped eating it (barely a third of it was consumed hardly a snack). Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning.

September 30th & October 1st 2020: I woke up at 12:00 PM (sept 30) i had no food till 1:30 PM i consumed 2 bowls of Krave cereal. Then i had a subway sandwich, a small bottle of soda, lays chips and four choc chip cookies. Then later on i had some bread with roasted chicken then cups of milk with oreo cookies. 1st set of running (done at 12:16 AM October 1st) lasted one hour + five minutes & burnt 735 calories. Then had a monster energy drink. Waited for a long time as i was occupied with other things on my laptop. 2nd set of running (done at 4:11 AM) lasted one hour + 33 minutes i burned 1014 calories in this attempt. I slept at 7 AM. October 1st continued. Then i woke back up at 1:30 PM, blowed my nose a few times & wased myself, i felt light like i lost some weight but i didnt weigh myself, i also felt this wierd feeling in the space between my right heels back & the back of the right knee. Workouts on September 26th & 28th 2020.

September 26th 2020: I woke up at around 9:30 AM, brushed my teeth, weighed 211.7 lbs naked, consumed one cold mango, drank cold water, had a supplement for pre workout, did 12 bicep curls (25 lbs in each hand), 15 bicep curls before the 12 one (10 lbs in each hand). First set of running (started at 11:16 AM, finished 11:46 AM), burnt 397 calories. 1st set - 18 pushups (done at 11:49 AM) 2nd set - 13 pushups (done at 11:51 AM) 3rd set - 12 pushups (done at 11:57 PM) 4th set - 14 pushups (done at 12:00 PM) 5th set - 15 pushups (done at 12:04 PM) 6th set - 12 pushups (done at 12:08 PM) 7th set - 12 pushups (done at 12:15 PM) Total - 96 pushups. Then i had corn, water, coffee and went to the bathroom did some other things and returned to the gym. 8th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:14 PM) 9th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:19 PM) 10th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:21 PM) Total - 130 pushups today. Then i went back to running. Second set (started at 3:30 PM ended at 4:00 PM) ran for 30 minutes ...

My achievements on september 29th.

Dont remember what time i woke up or slept i just remember what workouts i did at what time. But i dont recall what i ate. 1st pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 10:57 AM). 1st run set - one hour long, burnt 709 calories (done at 12:07 PM). 2nd pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 12:10 PM), like the previous set i did them with proper form and balance. 3rd pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 12:47 PM). After this one i had some of my monster energy can then went to the bathroom. 4th pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 1:39 PM). After this i finished my monster energy drink can. 2nd set of running - one hour, calories burnt equal 620 (done at 2:54 PM). 5th set of the pushup - did 20 pushups exact (done at 2:55 PM). 6th set of pushups - 20 pushups (done at 3:09 PM). Though i had immense difficulty with the last five reps & had to catch my breath for 3 seconds. 3rd set of running - one hour, burned 729 calories (done at 4:21 PM). 7th set of running - 20 pushups (done at 4:23 ...
