Story of 7 days ( normally it would be 8 but i stayed awake during two days once so its seven instead ). October 20th 2020: Woke up at 11 AM. Weighed 213.3 lbs naked dissapointed as F. I drank a intraworkout powder and preworkout powder at the same time with a considerable amount of water once i reached downstairs. I did not start biking however until 1:41 PM at a resistance of 3. At 2:41 PM i had already passed the one hour mark and burnt 729 calories i decided to pump the resistance further to 4 (which it remained for the rest of the set). I was done at 4:11 PM this biking set i ran for 2 hours 30 minutes burning a total of 1785 calories. I admit that my speed decreased somewhat in the last hour otherwise i would have burned off even more calories but i was occupied with my hands focusing on my laptop (on a chair closeby).
