October 11th 2020:

Woke up at around 5 AM, weighed 215.8 lbs naked before consuming anything. Went to the bathroom once for feces, many other times so far for urine. Ate junk food (oreos & three bags of trollis) by 9 AM i was done with all these meals. Then i drank 3 cups of coffee at 4 PM.

Did 90 minutes of biking was done at 7:12 PM burning 1088 calories at a resistance of 3. I read some articles on the internet too. Before biking i did 1 set of 11 pushups and another set of 6.

I then had a preworkout powder and started doing pushups during 8:05 PM. First set was 13 pushups (completed at 8:05 PM). Second set is 14 pushups (completed at 8:09 PM). The 3rd set was 15 pushups (completed at 8:15 PM).

My last set of running was 45 minutes long, this set was done at 9:09 PM i burnt 582 calories at a resistance of 4 for most of the run. Total pushups today - 59 pushups in five sets. After this i went to brush my teeth and take a shower.

Total burnt calories through biking: 1670 (2 hrs 15 mins) i wonder how many calories i lost through other activites (unknown). At 12:34 AM i weighed myself naked at 216.9 lbs, it was dissapointing but i decided that i will change it this time no matter how many days it takes me, as i cant afford to let it get even higher.

I read till Naruto chapter 348. I slept at 1:36 AM (october 12th).
