If Mai had the Sun Dragon Ra (Yu-Gi-Oh! DM) Part 1.
She won the card sun dragon ra using her amazoness deck but also had harpy lady along with harpy lady sisters in her deck (they just weren't the main focus in her battle city deck).
Mai gains the title of "Duel Queen" in the tournament (Battle City):
While in Battle City she defeats Atem and Kaiba in the finals during her seperate duels (kaiba was the first to fall against Mai after Marik the last is Atem in the final round, Rishid makes it to top four only to lose to atem, while jonouchi/joey lost to Rishid, the latter also won Jinzo from his opponent as a part of the tournaments ante rule so he uses it).
In such situations Mai duels against the Regular Marik not the Dark Marik.
Turn 1 - Mai summons Dunamas Valkyrie (atk 1800 def 1050).
Turn 2 - Marik summons "Makyura the Destructor" (atk 1600 def 1200) and equips it with black pendant increasing it to 2100 atk kills mai's dunamas valkyrie she loses 300 lifepoints (LP 4000 - 3700). He then sets a card (has 3 left in his hand).
Turn 3 - Mai draws (has six in her hand), sets a card and summons "Ally Slaying Swordmistress" (atk 2000 def 1000) attacks Makyura with it but simultaneously activates her "amazon archers" (trap card) which lessens atk of makyura by 500 (now makyura's atk is 1600) then Marik loses 400 lifepoints and mai loses another 500 due to black pendants effect (Marik LP 4000 - 3600 Mai LP 3700 - 3200), mai sets two cards ending her turn (has two in her hand).
Turn 4 - Marik activates revenge sacrifice (the spell card he set) but then mai activates her set card harpys feather duster cancelling out his spell card. With 4 cards in his hand marik uses zera ritual magic which lets him send a monster card from his hand to his grave yard to ritual summon zera the mant (atk 2800 def 2300) then he activates coins from heaven allowing each player to draw till they have six cards. He chooses to attack Mai's allyslaying swordmistress but she activates mirror wall cutting zera's atk in half (1400) then the sword mistress kills zera dealing marik 600 points of damage (LP 3600 - 3000). However marik activates monster reborn to special summon zera from the grave yard then he activates megamorph (spell card) doubling zera to 5600 atk along with quick attack (spell card) doubling his monsters atk letting him attack again then remove trap (spell card) negated the mirror wall mai loses 3600 lifepoints from marik's attack until she revealed her nutrient Z (trap card) which gave her 4000 lifepoints boost (LP 3200 - neg 400 - 3600), now shes stronger. Marik ends his turn.
Turn 5 - Mai summons amazoness swordswoman and activates her amazoness magic (spell card) which switches the atk of zera (now 1500) with the chainmaster (5600), Marik loses 4100 lifepoints and is kicked out of the finals. As per the ante rule Mai gets the Sun Godragon Ra.
Mai claims Marik was not a worthy opponent, that she barely felt a challenge, when playing by the rules then he has no way out and did not deserve a god card she also thinks this was just a warmup duel for her to face real duelists later on. God is her slave now.
Of course things take the usual course of events Kaiba defeats Isis with ease then Rishid, Atem, Kaiba all duel with Mai Kujaku in the battle royale (since joey/jonouchi lost hes not going to be here).
How the duel of Rishid vs Jonouchi turned out:
Turn 1 - Jonouchi summons gearfreed the iron knight in attack mode (atk 1800), then ends his turn with a set card (fairy box).
Turn 2 - Rishid activates Royal Temple a field spell card which limits the number of set cards his opponent can play, then he sets two cards ending his turn.
Turn 3 - Jonouchi draws (has five cards), summons Little Wingaurd (atk 1400) and ends his turn.
Turn 4 - Rishid sets two more cards, ending his turn (2 cards left in his hand).
Turn 5 - Jonouchi summons Kojicocy (atk 1500) and uses the Giant Hurricane/Trunade (spell) which returns all set cards of the enemy to their hand, but then Rishid reveals his Curse of Anubis (trap card) which destroys the spell card that was activated and kills each of Jonouchi's monster cards dealing him half their combined atk as effect damage (1500 + 1400 + 1800 = 4700 divided by 2 = 2350) now Jonouchi lost over half his lifepoints. His LP 4000 - 1650 now.
Turn 6 - Rishid sets two more reverse cards (now each of his spell & trap zone is full of them), the last card left in his hand is a high level monster that can't help him win.
Turn 7 - Jonouchi draws (has four cards in the hand) summons Wyvern Warrior (atk 1500).
Turn 8 - Rishid passes his turn after drawing a card chooses to do nothing.
Turn 9 - Jonouchi draws and summons Hayabusa Knight in defense position (has 3 cards left in his hand).
Turn 10 - Rishid passes after drawing a card.
Turn 11 - Jonouchi passes after drawing.
Turn 12 - Rishid passes (has four cards in his hand).
Turn 13 - Jonouchi passes (5 cards in his hand).
Turn 14 - Rishid passes (due to his draw has five cards).
Turn 15 - Jonouchi attacks with Wyvern Warrior Rishid blocks with Emodiement of Apophis (atk 1600 def 1800 trap monster), then Jonouchi uses Lightning Blade to increase Wyvern Warriors atk by 800 (2300) it kills the trap monster dealing 700 points of damage to his opponent (Rishid Lp 4000 - 3300). Jonouchi sets another card and ends his turn (has four left in his hand).
Turn 16 - Rishid activates his other two trap monsters, he then uses Eye of Wdjat his last trap card to take control of Wyvern Warrior it attacks Hayabusa Knight but misses cause of Jonouchi's trap Fairy Box the first trap monster then hits hayabusa knight. Rishid sets a card ending his turn (remains with 5 cards in his hand).
Turn 19 - Jonouchi summons Rocket warrior in defense position and activates scapegoat which summons four goat tokens to defend him.
Turn 20 - Rishid activates de-spell destroying the scape goat tokens & then kills Rocket Warrior with Selket increasing its atk more (750 + 3700 = 4450).
Turn 21 - Jonouchi uses Roulette Spider however Rishid counters with Magic Jammer (trap card). Jonouchi chooses to summon one last monster in defense mode The Legendary Fisherman.
Turn 22 - Rishid kills the fisherman with selket (925 + 4450 = 5375 atk).
Turn 23 - Jonouchi summons Baby Dragon however Rishid activates trap hole killing a summoned monster with more than a thousand atk.
Turn 24 - Rishid attacks directly with Selket defeating jonouchi (LP 1550 - 0).
He takes Jinzo as a part of the ante rule also Rishid did not use any counterfeit Ra card in this continuity.
Battle Royale (four-way duel):
Kaiba wants Mai to show him the other effects of Ra as he only saw one effect (the atk/def value) during the duel when Rishid tried to use a counterfeit, while Mai never used the real Ra against Marik, so he wants to see the real Ra in action for this he desires for Mai to duel Rishid first then have himself up against Atem. Kaiba doesn't desire to duel Mai before he obtains Slifer the Sky Dragon because he believes that Mai is too skilled of a duelist, as she won Ra in fair duel unlike him who obtained Obelisk as a gift.
Mai wanted Atem to duel Kaiba but ended up dueling and defeating Kaiba instead, she did not desire to duel atem in the semi finals but instead in the last match (final duel of the finals) she desired to duel with Rishid and not Kaiba in the semi finals.
Rishid wanted to duel Mai to avenge his little brother Marik's loss and give him back the god card but circumstances forces him to end up dueling Atem instead.
Atem did not care who his opponent was he just didn't want to lose in the battle royale so he turned on Mai. Then defeated Rishid in their duel and lost to mai in the last duel.
Kaiba goes first as he showed masked beast death gardius which he obtained from a ante rule, Atem believed gilfer demon will be useless in this duel so saves it for the future, since its the second strongest he shows it to claim second move, third move goes to Mai who shows her amazoness swordswoman the last move goes to Rishid who shows Sacred Stone of Ujat as his monster card, each player removes these monsters from their deck and starts the game!

Turn 1 (Kaiba) summons Blade Knight (level 4, atk 1600 def 1000) and then uses his Virus Cannon to deplete ten spell cards from Mai Kujaku's deck so she cant use them against him, then sets a card.
Turn 2 (Atem) summons celtic elf (atk 1400 def 1200) and sets a card.
Turn 3 (Mai) summons amazoness paladin which gains 100 atk due to being a amazoness herself, she sets two cards (trap cards amazoness archers & gravity bind) and ends her turn.
Turn 4 (Rishid) sets two cards and summons sword of soul (atk 0 def 1900 effect "when this monster is sent to the graveyard it can add 1 thousand atk to a monster of your choice") turn end.
Turn 5 - Kaiba tributes Blade Knight to summon Kaiser Glider (atk 2400 def 2200), then plays his set card ring of destruction which costs 2400 points of effect damage to Rishid, then he activates a spell card from his hand to negate damage down to himself (ring of defense). With two cards left in his hand he sets another lessening his hand to one card. (Rishid LP 4000 - 1600).
Turn 6 - Atem draws (has five cards in his hand) sets a card, summons beta the magnet warrior attacks Kaiba with celtic elf draining his lifepoints he destroys Kaiba's negate attack (set trap card) with "7 Tools Of The Bandit" (Trap Card) but this costs him one thousand lifepoints (Kaiba LP 4000 - 2600 Atem LP 4000 - 3000). Then he attacks Mai with beta but she blocks with her set card amazoness archers lowering alpha's atk by 500 (current atk 1200) amazoness paladin kills alpha dealing 600 damage to Atem (LP 3000 - 2400) he ends his turn by playing swords of revealing light (spell card) forcing Mai to wait three turns before attacking. Atem has two cards left in his hand.
Turn 7 - Mai goes (4 cards in her hand) and tributes her paladin to summon amazoness queen (atk 2400 def 2000) it cant be destroyed by battle she then uses harpys feather duster (this was in her hand before the virus cannon activated) to blast away the swords of revealing light then attack kaiba directly with her queen but Rishid saves Kaiba from taking 2400 damage by using his eye of wdjat (trap) it makes the amazoness queen attack celtic elf thus Atem takes 1000 points of damage and is wide open (LP 2400 - 1400), Mai ends her turn and says sorry to Atem for wounding him.
Turn 8 - Rishid tributes sword of soul to summon millenium shield (atk 0 def 3000 level 5) in attack mode then activates shield and sword (spell card) to swap its atk with def now it has 3000 atk and now uses the effect of sword of soul to add a thousand atk to millenium shield (atk 4000 def 0), he targets Atem for an attack with this however Mai Kujaku him from rishid using gravity bind a trap card which doesnt allow monsters with 4 or more stars to attack.
Turn 9 - Kaiba activates pot of greed letting him draw twice (has three cards in his hand) uses thirst for compensation (spell card) letting him summon all level four or below monsters in his hand, he summons Kaiser Sea Horse, and Lord Of D in defense mode. He cant attack with either of them due to their levels.
Turn 10 - Atem draws (now three cards in his hand) but summons King's Knight on the field and sets a card then Atem uses coins from heaven (spell card) to make all players draw till they have six cards. He ends his turn by activating polymerzation to summon chimera the flying mythical beast in attack mode (back to three in his hand).
Turn 11 - Mai draws (would have had 3 cards in her hand but now has 7 cards due to coins from heaven). She summons amazoness crossbow (level 3 atk 1300 def 1200) it can deal effect damage by remaining in atk mode it deals 200 points of damage to one player for each monster on all players field (mai has 2, rishid has 1, kaiba has 2, atem has 2) so kaiba takes 1400 damage (LP 2600 - 1400). Further solidfying her goals then Mai sets two more trap cards (rose whip & mirror wall).
Turn 12 - Rishid wishes that he drawed Jinzo. But instead sets a trap card and activates it (dust tornado) to destroy mai's gravity bind. Then he summons Holding Legs which returns all set cards on the field to the owners hands. Now he attacks Mai's amazoness crossbow with millenium shield this makes mai lose 2700 lifepoints (LP 4000 - 1300) he then attacks again with Holding Legs (atk 800 def 600) but atem intercepts with Chimera which deals 1300 points of damage to Rishid (LP 1600 - 300) putting him in last place. Rishid sets three cards and ends his turn. Has two cards remaining in his hand.
Turn 13 - Kaiba's patience has run out he draws (has seven in his hand) he uses cost down to send Obelisk in his hand to cemetary and then tributes his faceup monster to summon Blue Eyes White Dragon (whose now level 6) then activates monster reborn to special summon Obelisk from his graveyard. He uses shrink (spell card) to halve millenium shields strength (atk 2000). Rishid kills blue eyes white dragon with his trap hole (trap card) destroying a monster summoned with 1 thousand or greater atk. Then Kaiba attacks Rishid with Obelisk however Rishid activates spell of pain (magic card) and kaiba loses 4 thousand lifepoints. (LP 1400 - 0) Thus Kaiba is out now defeated by Rishid.
Turn 14 - Atem draws (has five cards now because a set card was returned to the hand). He activates horn of the unicorn (spell card) which equips onto his Chimera increasing its atk & def 700 both (atk 2800 def 2500) he destroys mai's amazoness queen and then attacks her with king's knight (atk 1600 def 1500) deciding both matches. Atem tells Mai he cant stand losing which is why he had to get rid of her (he was worried about rishid's facedown card which ended up being de-spell).

Although Kaiba is happy he gets to duel Mai and is confident of adding Ra to his deck he is upset & mad that he lost in his own tournament before the semifinals even began he promises to defeat Rishid after the tournament is over. Kaiba also thinks back to how atem lost before the finals of duelist kingdom but ended up defeating pegasus and winning duelist kingdom, even though he beat atem by crook he wants to beat him fairly in this tournament but first he has to win Mai's god card, after that his deck is tough enough to crush Atem.
Mai and Kaiba eventually lose this duel, theyre the first to fall, then the matches are decided first Mai will fight Kaiba then Atem will fight Rishid after that winners of both matches will be against eachother in the final duel. Kaiba thinks the battle royale didn't go as he planned so the future where he wins is far away from him he decides that he will avenge his defeats at the hands of Rishid and Yugi (Atem) after defeating Mai Kujaku.
Mai battles Kaiba (The wielder of Obelisk vs the wielder of RA):
Mai claims she can only take away his obelisk but cannot take away Kaiba's right to go first in his own tournament. She is only scared about the virus cannon trap it can make her lose some of her best cards she better hope its buried deep in the deck of seto kaiba.
Turn 1 - Kaiba summons X-head Cannon (atk 1800 def 1500) and sets two cards. He ends his turn.
Turn 2 - Mai draws the sun dragon ra she now has six cards, kaibas asks why shes shocked with her draw, Mai claims cause shes going to win! She summons Allyslaying Swordmistress (atk 2000 def 1000), mai next activates cyber armor (equip spell) which increases the atk of her monster by 500 (Atk 2500) she attacks Kaiba's cannon but Kaiba activates cloning (trap card) which creates a duplicate of her monster now on his side of the field and then uses his other set card "absorb spell" which takes away the cyber armor equip card increasing x head cannon instead mai loses 500 life points and a monster (LP 4000 - 3500). However Mai claims this is her victory as she made Kaiba reveal his hand, she sets two cards smiling.
Turn 3 - As soon as Kaiba's turn begins Mai activates her set card "Magic Burial" (spell) this kills one monster on the field she choose allyslaying swordmistress. Kaiba still has four cards in his hand so he activates "lullaby of obedience" (spell) in an attempt to steal Ra by tributing 1 thousand lifepoints. However it fails as lullaby only works on monster cards that are buried in the decks of your opponent not in their hand. Next he summons Y-dragon head combining it with X-head cannon to create Xy-Dragon Cannon (atk 2200 def 1900). Back to 2 cards in his hand Kaiba ends his turn by setting a card. (LP 4000 - 3000).
Turn 4 - Mai draws (has three cards in her hand now), summons Amazoness Swordswoman activates her set card Amazoness magic (swaps atk of 2 monsters). Now with 2200 atk it destroys Kaiba's XY-Dragon Cannon dealing him 700 damage (LP 3000 - 2300).
Turn 5 - Kaiba draws (has 2 cards now) activates pot of greed (now has three cards as he used one). He uses shrink (spell card) cut the atk of Amazoness Swordswoman in half (1100) then summons blade knight who gets 400 more atk when kaiba has less than one card (2000) it destroys Mai's monster dealing her 900 damage (LP 3500 - 2600).
Turn 6 - Once Mai draws a card (making her hand have 2 cards) then Kaiba activates his set trap (Power Balance) forcing Mai to discard half her hand (1 card) and then he gets to draw a card from his deck. The card Mai discarded was a monster named Amazoness Chainmaster once its sent to GY Mai can pay 1 thousand lifepoints to take one card from Kaiba's deck she takes card of demise (Spell card) she claims to have watched Kaiba use it against a rare hunter (ghoul) in the preliminaries. She activates Card of Demise which lets her draw till she has five cards after five of her draw phases are complete she must discard her entire hand (LP 2600 - 1600), she then activates angels charity (spell) which lets her draw three more cards and discard two. She remains with five cards then uses monster reborn to revive a monster she discarded "Harpy Lady Sisters" (Atk 1950 Def 2100) then she duplicates this monster with Kaleidoscope (spell card) turning up two more "Harpy Lady Sisters" since these three monsters were special summoned she can still normal/tribute summon. She tributes each of these monster cards to summon the Sun Dragon Ra (Atk 5850 Def 6300).
Mai attacks Kaiba's Blade Knight (atk 2000 def 1000) with Ra dealing Kaiba 3850 points of damage (LP 2300 - 0).
She then takes away Kaiba's Egyptian God Card "The God Of The Obelisk" as part of the ante rule, now Mai is the owner of 2 of the Egyptian Gods Cards. Kaiba stands in shock, disbelief and is unable to fathom or recover from this loss. With Ra and Obelisk in her arsenal Mai Kujaku is too tough to be beaten.

The duel of Rishid & Atem isn't worth narrating as Atem will win either by hook or crook, its not as interesting as the one against Bakura. Although Mai watches it to see her competition and Rishid is a great duelist he wont beat Atem.
MAI BATTLES ATEM (atem has no devil sanctuary or obelisk the tormentor to support him):
Turn 1 - Mai goes first she draws (has six cards in the hand but no gods) sets two cards and ends her turn.
Turn 2 - Atem draws and summons alpha the magnet warrior then attacks while mai attempts to activate her set cards Atem uses a quick play "anti-magic arrows" (spell) which prevents her from using those cards set during battle phases, now mai took 1700 points of damage, atem sets one card ending his turn. (Mai Kujaku LP 4000 - 2300, cards in atems hand - 3).
Turn 3 - Mai summons Amazoness Chainmaster then tributes her to steal atem's Slifer the Sky Dragon off the bat it works as Mai now has all 3 god cards atem believes shes overconfident but is still proud that Mai grew into a incredible duelist that came this far in the tournament. However since mai gave up 1000 LP she goes down to 1300 now (still has 5 cards in her hand due to the robbing of the god card), then Mai uses Emergency provisions (spell) to destroy a set card of hers which allows her to regain 1 thousand LP (2300 LP now). Mai uses her last set card Magic Burial to destroy Atems monster then she summons Amazoness Axelady and attacks atem (his lifepoints decrease by 1800 LP 4000 - 2200) she sets a card.
Turn 4 - Atem draws (has four cards now) places one card face down then summons Queen's Knight in atk mode (1500/1600) and activates card destruction (which forces each player to discard their hands and draw the same number discarded) so atem discards a card (King's knight) and draws a card, then he uses the last remaining set card (disgraceful charity) which allows him to draw one more card because he discarded one due to the effect of card destruction. With two cards in his hand atem activates pot of greed (increasing his hand to three) next he activates exchange (the other cards he has in his hand are Monster Reborn and Brain Control) taking back his god card from Mai's hand. Mai takes Brain Control. But Atem's turn isn't completed yet he activates monster reborn to revive kings knight and then its effect allows him to summon Jack's Knight (atk 1900 def 1000) and finally attacks but Mai reveals her cyber armor (spell) equip card increasing axelady's atk by 500 she kills Jack's knight dealing atem 400 points of damage. (LP 2200 - 1800).
Turn 5 - Mai draws (has three cards in her hand now), she makes use of brain control (spell) to take over atem's king's knight and then she summons a third monster "Harpy Lady" in defense mode, but destroys queen's knight with axelady then attacks Atem with Harpy Lady (LP 1800 - 500). With 3 monster cards on her field (the card left in her hand is angels charity) she claims that she'll end this duel and usurp his title by summoning a god monster.
Turn 6 - Atem draws and activates coins from heaven drawing till he has six cards. He claims Mai likes to show off she is flaunty that's why she loses so now he will teach her a lesson. Atem uses Double Spell a magic card which duplicates effects of other magic cards played in the previous turn and this turn so he uses Mai's brain control and his own coins from the heaven again. Atem gains control of Amazoness Axelady & draws another card. Then activates Multiply (spell) which duplicates his monster by one (since double spell is on the field its duplicates twice), now he has 3 monsters on the field (each of them were special summons). He tributes them all to normal summon Slifer The Sky Dragon it has 4000 atk & def due to it's owners hand having four cards. He attacks Mai's Harpy Lady Mai uses her amazoness magic (spell card) to switch the ATK of Slifer with her monster "time to strip you of your title yugi!" now Harpy Lady (atk 4000) has more points then Slifer (atk 1300). 2700 points of damage are dealt to atem but he discard Kuriboh from his hand to save himself. He ends his turn by setting a card.
Turn 7 - Mai draws (has seven cards in her hand) she uses angels charity to discard two and draw three, she uses monster reborn to bring back the god of the obelisk which she just discarded, then Mai activates his effect by tributing 2 mosnters she deals 4 thousand effect damage to the player she wins the duel. But then Mai goes overkill on her victory when Atem's lifepoints already hit zero Mai Kujaku engaged in a battle phase and attacked Atem with Obelisk dealing him 4 thousand more points of damage (Atem LP 500 - negative 7500).
After that Mai is declared queen she defeated three owners of God (Marik, Kaiba, Atem). However for Mai the journey is not over, she believes her opponents were to easy to beat. She craves a greater challenge. With marik losing to her in 5 turns, kaiba losing to her in 6 turns, atem/yugi both losing to her in 7 turns it is believed that Mai is now the strongest duelist.
She even has the 3 godcards/monsters now Kaiba considers her his only rival besides yugi (atem) while Marik wants revenge but finds out that the person who killed his father was himself not yugi (atem), so his only targeted enemy is Mai as she has the other god cards, and atem needs them for his memories.
Yugi Muto thinks he has to duel without Atems help to acquire the god monsters from Mai so Atem can get his memories back.
Mai claims to have carried the dreams of the duelists that she defeated and won battle city because she got stronger after defeating each enemy (including marik & kaiba).

How Mai won her puzzle cards in battle city from five different opponents (in the preliminaries she had to in order to make it to the finals):
First duel (against Pandora) - here atem only duels seeker, marik (slifer) and the rare hunters he and kaiba took on together (not just lumis/umbra). So the threat of Pandora is dealt with by Mai.
Second duel (against Esparoba) - after he loses to Jonouchi then he duels Mai and loses to her.
Third duel (against a ghoul).
Fourth duel (against Mako Tsunami) - he still had two locater cards left after his loss to Jonouchi.
Fifth duel against Duek Devlin (he had a duel disk in this continuity and would have enough rare cards) - mai won mage power from him, he was a high rated duelist by kaiba.
Sixth and last duel (against a nerd).

With 4 cards in his hand marik uses zera ritual magic which lets him send a monster card from his hand to his grave yard to ritual summon zera the mant (atk 2800 def 2300) then he activates coins from heaven allowing each player to draw till they have six cards. He chooses to attack Mai's allyslaying swordmistress but she activates mirror wall cutting zera's atk in half (1400) then the sword mistress kills zera dealing marik 600 points of damage (LP 3600 - 3000). However marik activates monster reborn to special summon zera from the grave yard then he activates megamorph (spell card) doubling zera to 5600 atk along with quick attack (spell card) doubling his monsters atk letting him attack again then remove trap (spell card) negated the mirror wall mai loses 3600 lifepoints from marik's attack until she revealed her nutrient Z (trap card) which gave her 4000 lifepoints boost (LP 3200 - neg 400 - 3600), now shes stronger. Marik ends his turn.
Turn 5 - Mai summons amazoness swordswoman and activates her amazoness magic (spell card) which switches the atk of zera (now 1500) with the chainmaster (5600), Marik loses 4100 lifepoints and is kicked out of the finals. As per the ante rule Mai gets the Sun Godragon Ra.
Of course things take the usual course of events Kaiba defeats Isis with ease then Rishid, Atem, Kaiba all duel with Mai Kujaku in the battle royale (since joey/jonouchi lost hes not going to be here).
How the duel of Rishid vs Jonouchi turned out:
Turn 1 - Jonouchi summons gearfreed the iron knight in attack mode (atk 1800), then ends his turn with a set card (fairy box).
Turn 2 - Rishid activates Royal Temple a field spell card which limits the number of set cards his opponent can play, then he sets two cards ending his turn.
Turn 3 - Jonouchi draws (has five cards), summons Little Wingaurd (atk 1400) and ends his turn.
Turn 4 - Rishid sets two more cards, ending his turn (2 cards left in his hand).
Turn 5 - Jonouchi summons Kojicocy (atk 1500) and uses the Giant Hurricane/Trunade (spell) which returns all set cards of the enemy to their hand, but then Rishid reveals his Curse of Anubis (trap card) which destroys the spell card that was activated and kills each of Jonouchi's monster cards dealing him half their combined atk as effect damage (1500 + 1400 + 1800 = 4700 divided by 2 = 2350) now Jonouchi lost over half his lifepoints. His LP 4000 - 1650 now.
Turn 6 - Rishid sets two more reverse cards (now each of his spell & trap zone is full of them), the last card left in his hand is a high level monster that can't help him win.
Turn 7 - Jonouchi draws (has four cards in the hand) summons Wyvern Warrior (atk 1500).
Turn 8 - Rishid passes his turn after drawing a card chooses to do nothing.
Turn 9 - Jonouchi draws and summons Hayabusa Knight in defense position (has 3 cards left in his hand).
Turn 10 - Rishid passes after drawing a card.
Turn 11 - Jonouchi passes after drawing.
Turn 12 - Rishid passes (has four cards in his hand).
Turn 13 - Jonouchi passes (5 cards in his hand).
Turn 14 - Rishid passes (due to his draw has five cards).
Turn 15 - Jonouchi attacks with Wyvern Warrior Rishid blocks with Emodiement of Apophis (atk 1600 def 1800 trap monster), then Jonouchi uses Lightning Blade to increase Wyvern Warriors atk by 800 (2300) it kills the trap monster dealing 700 points of damage to his opponent (Rishid Lp 4000 - 3300). Jonouchi sets another card and ends his turn (has four left in his hand).
Turn 16 - Rishid activates his other two trap monsters, he then uses Eye of Wdjat his last trap card to take control of Wyvern Warrior it attacks Hayabusa Knight but misses cause of Jonouchi's trap Fairy Box the first trap monster then hits hayabusa knight. Rishid sets a card ending his turn (remains with 5 cards in his hand).
Turn 17 - Jonouchi draws he tributes Wyvern Warrior to summon Jinzo who destroys all of Rishid's trap monsters and last set cards then attacks directly (LP 3300 - 900).
Turn 18 - Rishid activates cup of sealed soul (spell card) along with "seal of selket" (spell) which allows him to summon a monster from his hand Mystical God Selket (he has three cards left in his hand), it kills Jinzo dealing 100 points of damage to Jonouchi (LP 1650 - 1550). Then it absorbs half the dead monsters atk (1200 + 2500 = 3700).Turn 19 - Jonouchi summons Rocket warrior in defense position and activates scapegoat which summons four goat tokens to defend him.
Turn 20 - Rishid activates de-spell destroying the scape goat tokens & then kills Rocket Warrior with Selket increasing its atk more (750 + 3700 = 4450).
Turn 21 - Jonouchi uses Roulette Spider however Rishid counters with Magic Jammer (trap card). Jonouchi chooses to summon one last monster in defense mode The Legendary Fisherman.
Turn 22 - Rishid kills the fisherman with selket (925 + 4450 = 5375 atk).
Turn 23 - Jonouchi summons Baby Dragon however Rishid activates trap hole killing a summoned monster with more than a thousand atk.
Turn 24 - Rishid attacks directly with Selket defeating jonouchi (LP 1550 - 0).
He takes Jinzo as a part of the ante rule also Rishid did not use any counterfeit Ra card in this continuity.
Battle Royale (four-way duel):
Kaiba wants Mai to show him the other effects of Ra as he only saw one effect (the atk/def value) during the duel when Rishid tried to use a counterfeit, while Mai never used the real Ra against Marik, so he wants to see the real Ra in action for this he desires for Mai to duel Rishid first then have himself up against Atem. Kaiba doesn't desire to duel Mai before he obtains Slifer the Sky Dragon because he believes that Mai is too skilled of a duelist, as she won Ra in fair duel unlike him who obtained Obelisk as a gift.
Mai wanted Atem to duel Kaiba but ended up dueling and defeating Kaiba instead, she did not desire to duel atem in the semi finals but instead in the last match (final duel of the finals) she desired to duel with Rishid and not Kaiba in the semi finals.
Rishid wanted to duel Mai to avenge his little brother Marik's loss and give him back the god card but circumstances forces him to end up dueling Atem instead.
Atem did not care who his opponent was he just didn't want to lose in the battle royale so he turned on Mai. Then defeated Rishid in their duel and lost to mai in the last duel.
Kaiba goes first as he showed masked beast death gardius which he obtained from a ante rule, Atem believed gilfer demon will be useless in this duel so saves it for the future, since its the second strongest he shows it to claim second move, third move goes to Mai who shows her amazoness swordswoman the last move goes to Rishid who shows Sacred Stone of Ujat as his monster card, each player removes these monsters from their deck and starts the game!

Turn 1 (Kaiba) summons Blade Knight (level 4, atk 1600 def 1000) and then uses his Virus Cannon to deplete ten spell cards from Mai Kujaku's deck so she cant use them against him, then sets a card.
Turn 2 (Atem) summons celtic elf (atk 1400 def 1200) and sets a card.
Turn 3 (Mai) summons amazoness paladin which gains 100 atk due to being a amazoness herself, she sets two cards (trap cards amazoness archers & gravity bind) and ends her turn.
Turn 4 (Rishid) sets two cards and summons sword of soul (atk 0 def 1900 effect "when this monster is sent to the graveyard it can add 1 thousand atk to a monster of your choice") turn end.
Turn 5 - Kaiba tributes Blade Knight to summon Kaiser Glider (atk 2400 def 2200), then plays his set card ring of destruction which costs 2400 points of effect damage to Rishid, then he activates a spell card from his hand to negate damage down to himself (ring of defense). With two cards left in his hand he sets another lessening his hand to one card. (Rishid LP 4000 - 1600).
Turn 6 - Atem draws (has five cards in his hand) sets a card, summons beta the magnet warrior attacks Kaiba with celtic elf draining his lifepoints he destroys Kaiba's negate attack (set trap card) with "7 Tools Of The Bandit" (Trap Card) but this costs him one thousand lifepoints (Kaiba LP 4000 - 2600 Atem LP 4000 - 3000). Then he attacks Mai with beta but she blocks with her set card amazoness archers lowering alpha's atk by 500 (current atk 1200) amazoness paladin kills alpha dealing 600 damage to Atem (LP 3000 - 2400) he ends his turn by playing swords of revealing light (spell card) forcing Mai to wait three turns before attacking. Atem has two cards left in his hand.
Turn 7 - Mai goes (4 cards in her hand) and tributes her paladin to summon amazoness queen (atk 2400 def 2000) it cant be destroyed by battle she then uses harpys feather duster (this was in her hand before the virus cannon activated) to blast away the swords of revealing light then attack kaiba directly with her queen but Rishid saves Kaiba from taking 2400 damage by using his eye of wdjat (trap) it makes the amazoness queen attack celtic elf thus Atem takes 1000 points of damage and is wide open (LP 2400 - 1400), Mai ends her turn and says sorry to Atem for wounding him.
Turn 9 - Kaiba activates pot of greed letting him draw twice (has three cards in his hand) uses thirst for compensation (spell card) letting him summon all level four or below monsters in his hand, he summons Kaiser Sea Horse, and Lord Of D in defense mode. He cant attack with either of them due to their levels.
Turn 10 - Atem draws (now three cards in his hand) but summons King's Knight on the field and sets a card then Atem uses coins from heaven (spell card) to make all players draw till they have six cards. He ends his turn by activating polymerzation to summon chimera the flying mythical beast in attack mode (back to three in his hand).
Turn 11 - Mai draws (would have had 3 cards in her hand but now has 7 cards due to coins from heaven). She summons amazoness crossbow (level 3 atk 1300 def 1200) it can deal effect damage by remaining in atk mode it deals 200 points of damage to one player for each monster on all players field (mai has 2, rishid has 1, kaiba has 2, atem has 2) so kaiba takes 1400 damage (LP 2600 - 1400). Further solidfying her goals then Mai sets two more trap cards (rose whip & mirror wall).
Turn 12 - Rishid wishes that he drawed Jinzo. But instead sets a trap card and activates it (dust tornado) to destroy mai's gravity bind. Then he summons Holding Legs which returns all set cards on the field to the owners hands. Now he attacks Mai's amazoness crossbow with millenium shield this makes mai lose 2700 lifepoints (LP 4000 - 1300) he then attacks again with Holding Legs (atk 800 def 600) but atem intercepts with Chimera which deals 1300 points of damage to Rishid (LP 1600 - 300) putting him in last place. Rishid sets three cards and ends his turn. Has two cards remaining in his hand.
Turn 13 - Kaiba's patience has run out he draws (has seven in his hand) he uses cost down to send Obelisk in his hand to cemetary and then tributes his faceup monster to summon Blue Eyes White Dragon (whose now level 6) then activates monster reborn to special summon Obelisk from his graveyard. He uses shrink (spell card) to halve millenium shields strength (atk 2000). Rishid kills blue eyes white dragon with his trap hole (trap card) destroying a monster summoned with 1 thousand or greater atk. Then Kaiba attacks Rishid with Obelisk however Rishid activates spell of pain (magic card) and kaiba loses 4 thousand lifepoints. (LP 1400 - 0) Thus Kaiba is out now defeated by Rishid.
Turn 14 - Atem draws (has five cards now because a set card was returned to the hand). He activates horn of the unicorn (spell card) which equips onto his Chimera increasing its atk & def 700 both (atk 2800 def 2500) he destroys mai's amazoness queen and then attacks her with king's knight (atk 1600 def 1500) deciding both matches. Atem tells Mai he cant stand losing which is why he had to get rid of her (he was worried about rishid's facedown card which ended up being de-spell).

Although Kaiba is happy he gets to duel Mai and is confident of adding Ra to his deck he is upset & mad that he lost in his own tournament before the semifinals even began he promises to defeat Rishid after the tournament is over. Kaiba also thinks back to how atem lost before the finals of duelist kingdom but ended up defeating pegasus and winning duelist kingdom, even though he beat atem by crook he wants to beat him fairly in this tournament but first he has to win Mai's god card, after that his deck is tough enough to crush Atem.
Mai and Kaiba eventually lose this duel, theyre the first to fall, then the matches are decided first Mai will fight Kaiba then Atem will fight Rishid after that winners of both matches will be against eachother in the final duel. Kaiba thinks the battle royale didn't go as he planned so the future where he wins is far away from him he decides that he will avenge his defeats at the hands of Rishid and Yugi (Atem) after defeating Mai Kujaku.
Mai battles Kaiba (The wielder of Obelisk vs the wielder of RA):
Mai claims she can only take away his obelisk but cannot take away Kaiba's right to go first in his own tournament. She is only scared about the virus cannon trap it can make her lose some of her best cards she better hope its buried deep in the deck of seto kaiba.
Turn 1 - Kaiba summons X-head Cannon (atk 1800 def 1500) and sets two cards. He ends his turn.
Turn 2 - Mai draws the sun dragon ra she now has six cards, kaibas asks why shes shocked with her draw, Mai claims cause shes going to win! She summons Allyslaying Swordmistress (atk 2000 def 1000), mai next activates cyber armor (equip spell) which increases the atk of her monster by 500 (Atk 2500) she attacks Kaiba's cannon but Kaiba activates cloning (trap card) which creates a duplicate of her monster now on his side of the field and then uses his other set card "absorb spell" which takes away the cyber armor equip card increasing x head cannon instead mai loses 500 life points and a monster (LP 4000 - 3500). However Mai claims this is her victory as she made Kaiba reveal his hand, she sets two cards smiling.
Turn 3 - As soon as Kaiba's turn begins Mai activates her set card "Magic Burial" (spell) this kills one monster on the field she choose allyslaying swordmistress. Kaiba still has four cards in his hand so he activates "lullaby of obedience" (spell) in an attempt to steal Ra by tributing 1 thousand lifepoints. However it fails as lullaby only works on monster cards that are buried in the decks of your opponent not in their hand. Next he summons Y-dragon head combining it with X-head cannon to create Xy-Dragon Cannon (atk 2200 def 1900). Back to 2 cards in his hand Kaiba ends his turn by setting a card. (LP 4000 - 3000).
Turn 4 - Mai draws (has three cards in her hand now), summons Amazoness Swordswoman activates her set card Amazoness magic (swaps atk of 2 monsters). Now with 2200 atk it destroys Kaiba's XY-Dragon Cannon dealing him 700 damage (LP 3000 - 2300).
Turn 5 - Kaiba draws (has 2 cards now) activates pot of greed (now has three cards as he used one). He uses shrink (spell card) cut the atk of Amazoness Swordswoman in half (1100) then summons blade knight who gets 400 more atk when kaiba has less than one card (2000) it destroys Mai's monster dealing her 900 damage (LP 3500 - 2600).
Turn 6 - Once Mai draws a card (making her hand have 2 cards) then Kaiba activates his set trap (Power Balance) forcing Mai to discard half her hand (1 card) and then he gets to draw a card from his deck. The card Mai discarded was a monster named Amazoness Chainmaster once its sent to GY Mai can pay 1 thousand lifepoints to take one card from Kaiba's deck she takes card of demise (Spell card) she claims to have watched Kaiba use it against a rare hunter (ghoul) in the preliminaries. She activates Card of Demise which lets her draw till she has five cards after five of her draw phases are complete she must discard her entire hand (LP 2600 - 1600), she then activates angels charity (spell) which lets her draw three more cards and discard two. She remains with five cards then uses monster reborn to revive a monster she discarded "Harpy Lady Sisters" (Atk 1950 Def 2100) then she duplicates this monster with Kaleidoscope (spell card) turning up two more "Harpy Lady Sisters" since these three monsters were special summoned she can still normal/tribute summon. She tributes each of these monster cards to summon the Sun Dragon Ra (Atk 5850 Def 6300).
Mai attacks Kaiba's Blade Knight (atk 2000 def 1000) with Ra dealing Kaiba 3850 points of damage (LP 2300 - 0).

The duel of Rishid & Atem isn't worth narrating as Atem will win either by hook or crook, its not as interesting as the one against Bakura. Although Mai watches it to see her competition and Rishid is a great duelist he wont beat Atem.
MAI BATTLES ATEM (atem has no devil sanctuary or obelisk the tormentor to support him):
Turn 1 - Mai goes first she draws (has six cards in the hand but no gods) sets two cards and ends her turn.
Turn 2 - Atem draws and summons alpha the magnet warrior then attacks while mai attempts to activate her set cards Atem uses a quick play "anti-magic arrows" (spell) which prevents her from using those cards set during battle phases, now mai took 1700 points of damage, atem sets one card ending his turn. (Mai Kujaku LP 4000 - 2300, cards in atems hand - 3).
Turn 3 - Mai summons Amazoness Chainmaster then tributes her to steal atem's Slifer the Sky Dragon off the bat it works as Mai now has all 3 god cards atem believes shes overconfident but is still proud that Mai grew into a incredible duelist that came this far in the tournament. However since mai gave up 1000 LP she goes down to 1300 now (still has 5 cards in her hand due to the robbing of the god card), then Mai uses Emergency provisions (spell) to destroy a set card of hers which allows her to regain 1 thousand LP (2300 LP now). Mai uses her last set card Magic Burial to destroy Atems monster then she summons Amazoness Axelady and attacks atem (his lifepoints decrease by 1800 LP 4000 - 2200) she sets a card.
Turn 4 - Atem draws (has four cards now) places one card face down then summons Queen's Knight in atk mode (1500/1600) and activates card destruction (which forces each player to discard their hands and draw the same number discarded) so atem discards a card (King's knight) and draws a card, then he uses the last remaining set card (disgraceful charity) which allows him to draw one more card because he discarded one due to the effect of card destruction. With two cards in his hand atem activates pot of greed (increasing his hand to three) next he activates exchange (the other cards he has in his hand are Monster Reborn and Brain Control) taking back his god card from Mai's hand. Mai takes Brain Control. But Atem's turn isn't completed yet he activates monster reborn to revive kings knight and then its effect allows him to summon Jack's Knight (atk 1900 def 1000) and finally attacks but Mai reveals her cyber armor (spell) equip card increasing axelady's atk by 500 she kills Jack's knight dealing atem 400 points of damage. (LP 2200 - 1800).
Turn 5 - Mai draws (has three cards in her hand now), she makes use of brain control (spell) to take over atem's king's knight and then she summons a third monster "Harpy Lady" in defense mode, but destroys queen's knight with axelady then attacks Atem with Harpy Lady (LP 1800 - 500). With 3 monster cards on her field (the card left in her hand is angels charity) she claims that she'll end this duel and usurp his title by summoning a god monster.
Turn 6 - Atem draws and activates coins from heaven drawing till he has six cards. He claims Mai likes to show off she is flaunty that's why she loses so now he will teach her a lesson. Atem uses Double Spell a magic card which duplicates effects of other magic cards played in the previous turn and this turn so he uses Mai's brain control and his own coins from the heaven again. Atem gains control of Amazoness Axelady & draws another card. Then activates Multiply (spell) which duplicates his monster by one (since double spell is on the field its duplicates twice), now he has 3 monsters on the field (each of them were special summons). He tributes them all to normal summon Slifer The Sky Dragon it has 4000 atk & def due to it's owners hand having four cards. He attacks Mai's Harpy Lady Mai uses her amazoness magic (spell card) to switch the ATK of Slifer with her monster "time to strip you of your title yugi!" now Harpy Lady (atk 4000) has more points then Slifer (atk 1300). 2700 points of damage are dealt to atem but he discard Kuriboh from his hand to save himself. He ends his turn by setting a card.
Turn 7 - Mai draws (has seven cards in her hand) she uses angels charity to discard two and draw three, she uses monster reborn to bring back the god of the obelisk which she just discarded, then Mai activates his effect by tributing 2 mosnters she deals 4 thousand effect damage to the player she wins the duel. But then Mai goes overkill on her victory when Atem's lifepoints already hit zero Mai Kujaku engaged in a battle phase and attacked Atem with Obelisk dealing him 4 thousand more points of damage (Atem LP 500 - negative 7500).
She even has the 3 godcards/monsters now Kaiba considers her his only rival besides yugi (atem) while Marik wants revenge but finds out that the person who killed his father was himself not yugi (atem), so his only targeted enemy is Mai as she has the other god cards, and atem needs them for his memories.
Yugi Muto thinks he has to duel without Atems help to acquire the god monsters from Mai so Atem can get his memories back.
Mai claims to have carried the dreams of the duelists that she defeated and won battle city because she got stronger after defeating each enemy (including marik & kaiba).

How Mai won her puzzle cards in battle city from five different opponents (in the preliminaries she had to in order to make it to the finals):
First duel (against Pandora) - here atem only duels seeker, marik (slifer) and the rare hunters he and kaiba took on together (not just lumis/umbra). So the threat of Pandora is dealt with by Mai.
Second duel (against Esparoba) - after he loses to Jonouchi then he duels Mai and loses to her.
Third duel (against a ghoul).
Fourth duel (against Mako Tsunami) - he still had two locater cards left after his loss to Jonouchi.
Fifth duel against Duek Devlin (he had a duel disk in this continuity and would have enough rare cards) - mai won mage power from him, he was a high rated duelist by kaiba.
Sixth and last duel (against a nerd).
