October 2nd and October 3rd.
October 2nd, 2020:
I woke up at around 3:30 PM attempted to go back to sleep a few times, got out of bed at 4:33 PM, then started eating at 4:39 PM, had 4 eggs and two burgers (stuff i put in it; rotiserrie chicken, mayo, jalapeno). I had 4 eggs too & 4 small minty oreos and of course a glass of milk, two bottles of water.
Late ron i went to the bathroom and took a shower. At 9:10 PM i had one monster energy drink which was "watermelon" flavor and "240 MG".
1st set - 16 pushups (done at 9:34 PM)
2nd set - 10 pushups (done at 9:36 PM)
Run - 30 minutes burned 393 calories (done at 10:08 PM)
3rd set - 12 pushups (done at 10:10 PM)
1st set of this excercise - 10 reverse grip pushups (done at 10:11 PM)
After that i went to the bathroom (2nd time today) & cleaned, then went back downstairs had some water and took a few bites of the top of a pumpkin muffin then stopped eating it (barely a third of it was consumed hardly a snack).
I then had two more rockstar drinks (together it was 540 MG), a rotiserrie chicken drumstick with bread.
4th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:25 AM)
5th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:27 AM)
6th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:31 AM)
2nd set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 3:33 AM)
7th set - 13 pushups (done at 3:36 AM)
Total - 87 pushups, 20 reverse pushups.
3rd set - 11 reverse pushups (done at 3:41 AM)
8th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:43 AM)
9th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:45 AM)
4th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 3:47 AM)
10th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:49 AM)
11th set - 11 pushups (done at 3:54 AM)
5th set - 12 reverse pushups (done at 3:55 AM)
12th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:56 AM)
Total - 53 reverse pushups, 140 pushups.
6th set - 6 reverse pushups (done at 4:04 AM)
13th set - 10 pushups (done at 4:06 AM)
7th set - 7 reverse pushups (done at 4:07 AM)
8th set - 8 reverse pushups (done at 4:08 AM)
9th set - 4 reverse pushups (done at 4:09 AM)
10th set - 7 reverse pushups (done at 4:10 AM)
13th set - 10 pushups (done at 4:12 AM)
Total - 160 pushups, 85 reverse pushups.
I then started running again. I was done at 4:46 AM i started the resistance with 3 then pumped it all the way upto 6, before 6 i put it at 4 then 5 for most of the run, i ran for 30 minutes & burnt 457 calories.
14th set - 10 pushups (done at 4:49 AM)
11th set - 8 reverse mode pushups (done at 4:50 AM)
12th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 4:51 AM)
13th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 4:53 AM)
Total - 112 reverse-pushups & 170 pushups.
After some rest (desiring to take my mind off of things even though my body was not very tired) i did one set of 14 bicep curls (25 lb dumbell in each arm) just to see where i am, walked outside, then began pushups again.
15th set - 15 pushups (done at 6:00 AM)
14th set - 6 reverse pushups (done at 6:02 AM)
15th set - 8 reverse pushups (done at 6:06 AM)
16th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 6:08 AM)
17th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 6:11 AM)
18th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 6:22 AM)
Total - 185 pushups & 155 reverse mode pushups.
19th set - 8 reverse pushups (done at 6:34 AM)
20th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 6:38 AM)
By 6:40 AM red lines on my wrists skin started to appear on both of them.
21st set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 6:46 AM)
16th set - 10 pushups (done at 6:50 AM)
22nd set - 8 reverse pushups (done at 6:52 AM)
23rd set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 6:54 AM)
Total - 201 reverse pushups & 195 pushups.
17th set - 12 pushups (done at 7:02 AM).
Weighed myself at above 214 lbs naked, but since i felt so sad for the past few hours this pathetic weight did not do much to drag my motivation down, although i did feel like i lost a inch or two sentimeters of height at that moment.
My goal was 400 regular pushups, 600 reverse-grip push ups. But i did not succeed. Ate rotiserrie chicken & drank one glass of water with ice in it, was finished with food at 7:25 AM, i surprisingly did not feel bloated.
Total - 207 pushups & 201 reverse pushups.
October 3rd 2020.
I fell asleep either at 11 AM or 12 PM i do not remember clearly but i know i woke up at around 3 PM and consumed the upper half of one pumpkin muffin that was medium sized put it back in the fridge after this. I then started working out out again (i want to do mostly running and no pushups maybe i will do ab workouts today) at 3:54 PM. Done with my first run at 5:54 PM burnt 1335 calories in 2 hours at the same time during this set i was drinking rockstar, instead of drinking it entirely i just had it in small amounts throughout the run so the affect would last and it could make my run less boring.
I then finished the remnants of that one muffin. My 2nd set of running started at 6:29 PM ended at 7:33 PM burned 684 calories in 63 minutes. I went upstairs and weighed myself at 212.1 lbs naked, i could be better than this but i am satisfied with having this amount currently. I then took a break, my third set of running started at 8:28 PM i was done at 9:41 PM i burnt 730 calories in 1 hour & 12 minutes.
I then proceeded to eat alot of rotiserrie chicken i finished what was left, it had some oil in it but the meat and skin provided decent amounts of protein & despite eating i did not feel full, i also had a bag of chips after this along with some coke that was only a cup full & seemed to be stale.
My last running set (set #4 began at 1:32 AM) it all ended at 2:41 AM i burnt 868 calories in 1 hour + 9 minutes.
