Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning.

September 30th & October 1st 2020:

I woke up at 12:00 PM (sept 30) i had no food till 1:30 PM i consumed 2 bowls of Krave cereal. Then i had a subway sandwich, a small bottle of soda, lays chips and four choc chip cookies. Then later on i had some bread with roasted chicken then cups of milk with oreo cookies.

1st set of running (done at 12:16 AM October 1st) lasted one hour + five minutes & burnt 735 calories.

Then had a monster energy drink. Waited for a long time as i was occupied with other things on my laptop.

2nd set of running (done at 4:11 AM) lasted one hour + 33 minutes i burned 1014 calories in this attempt. I slept at 7 AM.

October 1st continued.

Then i woke back up at 1:30 PM, blowed my nose a few times & wased myself, i felt light like i lost some weight but i didnt weigh myself, i also felt this wierd feeling in the space between my right heels back & the back of the right knee.

At 4 PM sharp i weighed myself naked after going to the bathroom, i was dissapointed that my weight increased to 213.3 lbs, i felt like i have achieved nothing considering the fact my weight at july 10th was exactly the same.

I then ate some rotiserrie chicken with pieces of special bread, two reeses mini-cups & two cookies. Later on i decided to start eating again at 8 PM had two burgers (bread, cheese, choptle sauce, rotiserrie chicken pieces in them) after that a pumpkin muffin & two mini reeses cups.

I had a monster energy drink that didnt taste that good had 300 "MG" i then started biking.

1st biking set (was done at 12:00 AM) - ran for an hour & 43 minutes burnt 1175 calories. The resistance was 3 i still felt somewhat bloated from my previous meals. Began my pushups at 1:32 AM (October 2nd).

Pushups:

1st set - 21 pushups (done at 1:33 AM)

2nd set - 15 pushups (done at 1:40 AM)

3rd set - 15 pushups (done at 1:42 AM)

4th set - 17 pushups (done at 1:45 AM)

5th set - 16 pushups (done at 1:48 AM)

6th set - 16 pushups (done at 1:52 AM)

7th set - 7 pushups (done at 1:56 AM)

8th set - 18 pushups (done at 1:58 AM)

9th set - 14 pushups (done at 2:02 AM)

10th set - 10 pushups (done at 2:04 AM)

Total - 149 pushups (i am not happy)

After this i took a break, thirty minutes later i had two bowls of cereal, then an hour later i rested a little more. Began again at 4:59 AM.

11th set - 19 pushups (done at 5:00 AM)

12th set - 15 pushups (done at 5:05 AM)

13th set - 15 pushups (done at 5:08 AM)

14th set - 10 pushups (done at 5:14 AM)

15th set - only 16 pushups with proper form (done at 5:26 AM)

I have yet to digest my food completely and figured that since i am planning to stay awake for a long time (possibly close to 11 PM for october 2nd) i decided to take another break. I keep burping too.

Total - 224 pushups (my average per set is low).

I clearly failed in my goal of 500 reverse pushups and 500 regular pushups & chose to sleep but before my sleep phase i decided to make the decision of eating all of the cereal; "Cinnamon Toast Crunch".
