Workouts on September 26th & 28th 2020.
September 26th 2020:
I woke up at around 9:30 AM, brushed my teeth, weighed 211.7 lbs naked, consumed one cold mango, drank cold water, had a supplement for pre workout, did 12 bicep curls (25 lbs in each hand), 15 bicep curls before the 12 one (10 lbs in each hand).
First set of running (started at 11:16 AM, finished 11:46 AM), burnt 397 calories.
1st set - 18 pushups (done at 11:49 AM)
2nd set - 13 pushups (done at 11:51 AM)
3rd set - 12 pushups (done at 11:57 PM)
4th set - 14 pushups (done at 12:00 PM)
5th set - 15 pushups (done at 12:04 PM)
6th set - 12 pushups (done at 12:08 PM)
7th set - 12 pushups (done at 12:15 PM)
Total - 96 pushups. Then i had corn, water, coffee and went to the bathroom did some other things and returned to the gym.
8th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:14 PM)
9th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:19 PM)
10th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:21 PM)
Total - 130 pushups today. Then i went back to running.
Second set (started at 3:30 PM ended at 4:00 PM) ran for 30 minutes burnt 445 calories due to the high resistance.
1st set - 3 reverse pushups (done at 4:08 PM)
2nd set - 6 reverse pushups (done at 4:12 PM)
3rd set - 8 reverse pushups (done at 4:14 PM)
4th set - 6 reverse pushups (done at 4:17 PM)
5th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 4:20 PM)
6th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 4:22 PM)
7th set - 12 reverse pushups (done at 4:25 PM)
8th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 4:26 PM)
9th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 4:28 PM)
10th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 4:29 PM)
Total - 82 reverse-pushups.
Third set ran for another thirty minutes and burnt 411 calories this time.
End of reverse pushups
11th set - 10 reverse pushups (done at 5:07 PM)
12th set - 9 reverse pushups (done at 5:09 PM)
13th set - 12 reverse pushups (done at 5:11 PM)
Total - 113 reverse pushups so far.
September 28th, 2020:
I woke up at a time i cant remember but i did not start working out till around 11 PM my first set of running began after i drank a monster energy drink.
Ate "lays chips" "one subway sandwich" "a chicken spaghetti meal from olive garden" "crutons" "M & M's" "one banana" drank "water bottles & two cups of coffee," and a cup of soda & of course a "monster energy drink"
1st set (2 hour bike run) burned 1530 calories.
As far as i recall i did zero pushups today.
