Story of 7 days (normally it would be 8 but i stayed awake during two days once so its seven instead).
October 20th 2020:
Woke up at 11 AM. Weighed 213.3 lbs naked dissapointed as F. I drank a intraworkout powder and preworkout powder at the same time with a considerable amount of water once i reached downstairs. I did not start biking however until 1:41 PM at a resistance of 3. At 2:41 PM i had already passed the one hour mark and burnt 729 calories i decided to pump the resistance further to 4 (which it remained for the rest of the set). I was done at 4:11 PM this biking set i ran for 2 hours 30 minutes burning a total of 1785 calories. I admit that my speed decreased somewhat in the last hour otherwise i would have burned off even more calories but i was occupied with my hands focusing on my laptop (on a chair closeby). I weighed myself naked at 211.4 lbs. I am happy however the bad part is that its still more than what i was yesterday. I choose to do one set of 15 pushups (began at 4:26 PM finished at 4:27 PM).
At 4:33 PM i ate one protein bar (190 calories & 21 grams of protein). At 5:08 PM i did one set of 45 second "High-Knee Run" and a 45 second workout of "Mountain Climber" then later on i rested but ate two pieces of salmon at 6 PM. Then at 7:30 PM i drank a indian beverage called "chaa" (tea in English) but it was really brown. Throughout my previous meals i had water. Then i did a few things but eventually went to the bathroom was finished at 10:45 PM then went once again but for a much shorter time, came downstairs at 11:10 PM. Drank intraworkout powder so my legs/knees could recover (they felt strained after the bathroom trip).
At 1:40 AM (oct 21st) i decided to consume a single protein bar (21 grams, 190 calories) and preworkout powder. At 2:58 AM i choose to start biking resistance 3. Then at 3 AM i switched the resistance to 4. Was done with this set of biking at 3:28 AM in 30 minutes i burned 415 calories. I then did a set of 15 pushups (done at 3:32 AM), i did most of them slowly with concentration. Then i did a few things in my room went back downstairs at 3:42 AM, next started to do a last set of pushups at 3:43 AM. I did 18 pushups (done at 3:44 AM). During 4:30 AM i ate the last piece of salmon along with drinking the juice of half a lemon. At 10:32 AM right now i am still awake and posess considerable energy, i was doing things on my laptop for hours.
After not eating for multiple hours i weighed myself at 210.1 lbs naked again. Ate 3 more protein bars (570 calories & 63 grams of protein). Felt canniving at my thighs/loins so put cream their. Tried watching a movie "Seven-years In Tibet" drank one glass of milk (8 grams protein & 130 calories). I slept at 12:20 PM (Oct 21st).

October 21st 2020:
I woke up at 6:00 PM weighed 210.1 lbs naked, which is actually somewhat frustrating to me as im going in circles instead of getting to a destination. At 8:40 PM i had my first meal (one beef taco with water). Before that i just ate 4 small pieces of cantelope fruit. I then had 1 cup of milk and a protein bar at 8:48 PM. 2 more protein bars (380 calories 42 grams). Had another cup at 9:06 PM. A 3rd cup at 9:12 PM. Did 20 pushups accidentally (i wasnt planning to but i just did it cause i saw a video) at 9:19 PM. One more cup of milk (9:34 PM). Then had 2 oz (ounces) of milk at 9:41 PM. At 11:30 PM i had one serving of protein milk (30 grams, 160 calories). Watched things till 1:16 AM.
Then at 4:50 AM i drank one protein milk (160 calories 30 grams) & ate 2 protein bars (42 grams 380 calories). I dont remember what exact time but around 8 AM i accidentally fell asleep.
Calculating calories - 380 + 160 + 200 + 160 + 32.5 + 520 + 380 + 190 = 2022.5 + cantelope slices = 2070

October 22nd 2020:
I woke up at 3 PM then fell back asleep waking up at 4 PM. Had one green apple and some water. At 6:30 PM i had 2 slice's of garlic bread. Then at 7 PM i had two more slices of that garlic bread and a green apple again. At 7:47 PM i began biking resistance is 3. I was done at 9:12 PM burning 934 calories in 1 hour 25 minutes. I then went to the bathroom, my knees felt fine but when i was biking (prior to being in the bathroom) then my right knee hurt. At 10:40 PM i consumed a protein drink (160 calories 30 grams). Started biking again at 11:26 PM. Resistance 4. I burned 900 calories in 1 hour 19 minutes was done at 12:45 AM. After this i still feel myself jiggling, the fat on my thighs, chest, breasts has not seemed to go away yet.
I proceeded to eat food, i had one protein milk again (30 grams, 160 calories) and some portions of meat with three-fourths of a small tortilla & a few onions with peppers & tobasco sauce. At 3:21 AM i began biking again but this time it was after drinking a supplement. After 1 minute i choose to boost the resistance from 1 to 4. I was done with this biking set at 4:52 AM i burned 1103 calories in 1 hour 31 minutes. At 5:10 AM i had protein milk again (160 calories & 30 grams). I then drank a preworkout powder at 6:50 AM. But did not begin my biking set till 7:37 AM (oct 23rd) at a resistance of 5. I think it was too late, the effect of my powder may have worn out before i started.
At 8:59 AM the skin on the back of my left knee felt like it was beating as a heart it stopped at 9 AM. I was done with this biking set at 10:03 AM, in 2 hours 27 minutes i burnt 1746 calories. After this (maybe 10 minutes) i choose to have on green apple and one more serving of protein milk (30 grams & 160 calories). Fell asleep at 11 AM or 12 PM.
Calculating calories (I ate): 190 (2 green apples), 720 calories (4 slices of garlic bread), 640 (4 servings of protein milk), 100 (tortilla with meat & onions) = 1650
Calculating the amount I burned: 4683 (so far)

October 23rd 2020:
I weighed 208.3 lbs when i weighed myself naked. I woke up at 6 PM stayed in my room to do something. At 7:56 PM i ate 3 small cubes of cantelope. 1 cup of milk. 2nd cup at 8:06 PM. Ate 3 more cantelope slices. 3rd cup (8:10 PM), then one ounce, in between i did eat 2 beef tacos with tobasco sauce and ate at least 18 cantelope peices total (more than half of one whole entire cantelope). I went to the bathroom at 9 PM i was done in 30 minutes but i did have to clean my legs in the tub so i took a mini bath washing everything except for my face and breasts. I weighed myself naked again unfortunately now i'm 209.9 lbs naked.
I had one single serving of protein milk (160 calories 30 grams) at 10:08 PM it was the last premier protein shake in my house. Another milk cup and beef taco (12:11 AM). Then pasta (12:33 AM). Another milk cup (12:43 AM). Had one more milk cup (12:51 AM). One cup again (4:48 AM). At 4:53 AM i had a 7 ounces of milk. Felt tired at 8:44 AM. Most likely fell asleep at 9 AM.
Calculations (calories) - that cantelope was probably 200 calories, pasta is 300, milk (1040 calories), protein milk (160 calories), 3 beef tacos (600 calories). Altogether it is 2300 calories.

October 24th 2020:
Woke up a few times between 12 PM and 5 PM to urinate in the bathroom. But i didnt awaken officially until 5:20 PM. Thus had another 8 hours of sleep unfortunately i believe that now ive slept too mch just like i slept too much the day before yesterday. At 6:08 PM i weighed myself naked i am 208.8 lbs now. I feel dissapointed, if it takes 12 days just to lose 8 lbs that you could potentially gain back in 2 or 3 days then is it really worth it?
I put a ice pack on the top of my right knee while i was in bed on my laptop, for 15 minutes it was on my knee and touched the southern part of my right thigh as well. My knee did feel somewhat better & healthier. Then i had 2 cups of coffee while reading maybe only one chapter of Naruto.
Food you ate today: Pasta with Salmon & Tobasco Sauce, then garlic bread. Bottles of water. One green apple. 3 bowls of cereal.

October 25th 2020:
Woke up at like 6:00 PM did a few things in my bed then got out at 7:30 PM weighed myself at 208.8 lbs naked. Went downstairs, then back upstairs, turned my laptop on. Then after doing something went downstair at 8:19 PM started working out at 8:23 PM. Did one set of 20 pushups (done at the 18th second of 8:24 PM). Did a set of 10 pushups (done at the 59th second of 8:25 PM). Another set of 12 pushups (done at the 26th second of 8:28 PM). Did a one minute russian twist using a water bottle, its considered an ab workout on social media (done at the 50th second of 8:31 PM). Did another ab workout including my bottle (done at the 9th second of 8:34 PM). Then did one plank that was a minute long (done at the 11th second of 8:36 PM). Then did a set of 18 pushups (done at 27th second of 8:37 PM) it was likely 30 seconds long (the set itself).
At 8:45 PM i had some garlic bread with 10 ounces of water and a few pieces of Salmon. It took me a long time to finish i guess i merely tricked myself into believing i was hungry but upon eating i understood i wasn't really hungry when i failed to finish my food. After some activities i came downstairs again at 1 AM had my preworkout powder, before i could start my workout i had to go to the bathroom all of a sudden. So when i came downstairs at 1:48 AM (my ears still felt energy) i chose to have the powder again at 1:56 AM (oct 26th) then i had to go to the bathroom again at 2:02 AM. Went to the bathroom again at 3:53 AM tried to stop myself alot but failed. Weighed 210.1 lbs dissapointedly when i was done with this trip.
At 5:11 AM i choose to start eating again (despite not working out), the food i ate was two slices of garlic bread, one beef taco (medium sized as usual) & bits or pieces of Salmon. I felt like i could still work out although some food was in my throat, i dont know if i accidentally ate bones or not. I choose to drink intra workout powder with pre workout powder for an effect. Biking began at 6:29 AM sharp. The resistance was 4. I was done at 7:43 AM in 1 hour 13 minutes i burned 893 calories. I did go to the bathroom for the sake of urinating but came back downstair.
My arms were performing tasks (not necessarily a workout but i was using them to do things), then i had two servings of my pre workout powder. I started biking again at 10:32 AM at the resistance of 3. At 11:35 AM i switched the resistance to 5. I burned 927 calories in 1 hour & 21 minutes (done at 11:53 AM). I did eat again at 1:50 PM and was done at 2:10 PM (slices of garlic bread & remainder of salmon). Later on after watching a movie i cleaned some dishes in the kitchen. At 4 PM i brushed, rinsed & flossed my teeth after several days of not doing so. Still awake at 5:50 PM. At 7 PM im still awake. Slept at 7:30 PM (oct 26th).

October 27th 2020:
Woke up at around 1 AM (oct 27th), felt like i got a good amount of sleep (although i may not have gotten enough sleep i still felt like i did) maybe my supplements helped me awaken earlier. I put a ice pack on two areas of my left foot/leg to heal it. At 2 AM i had some food (a few grapes, a serving of many red berries & a bowl of chocolate ice cream), i kept control over how much i was going to eat, although i was trying to avoid the ice cream i at least didnt overeat. At 5:21 AM i started biking after i had some amount of preworkout powder mixed with water. The initial resistance was 4. At 5:39 AM the upper part of my right KNEE started to hurt a little then it stopped a few seconds after. Before any of my workouts by the way i did a few sets of "knuckle pushups" by making it look like my fists are punching the carpet, this was when i got into the tv show "cobra kai" its actually good.
At 5:52 AM i increased my resistance to 5, by that time i already burned 406 calories as per the bike machine. Was done at 6:41 AM i burnt 1117 calories in 1 hour & 20 minutes. Went to the bathroom got out and weighed 208.4 lbs naked. After eating a few more servings of moose track ice cream i began biking again at 11:07 AM the resistance was 3. Then at 11:08 AM i switched this resistance to 5. I stoppped temporarily at 1:07 PM burning 1542 calories in 2 hours. Once i was done with that set i went upstairs then came back later on and drank preworkout powder again the taste varied it did not seem to have any significant effect on my head/ears this time though.
I began biking (last set) at 1:34 PM i choose to make this my last set so i dont OVERTRAIN my legs. The resistance was 3 (at 1:35 PM i changed it from 1 to 3). At 2:52 PM i put the resistance upto 6. In two hours i burnt 1437 calories was done at 3:33 PM. I went to the bathroom by 3:45 PM i had to defecate, i do not want to go into the exact way i did it in the tub but i just did, my legs hurt on their back somewhat, i washed myself alot using water smartly, but i took a long time. I used water in different ways cleaned my hair and dried myself. Later on had mouthwash & then cleaned my bathroom somewhat. I put some petroleum jelly on the part of my thighs that was closest to my manhood once i was out of the shower.
By 6:30 PM i was back in my bed trying to rest my lower body but still using my arms. At 6:40 PM i did feel hungry but did not want to walk downstairs again just yet. For some reason at 7:02 PM i felt like i could die. Slept at 8:10 PM without even weighing myself or brushing teeth.
Calories burned today - 4096 (through biking for 5 hours & 20 minutes)
