My achievements on september 29th.

Dont remember what time i woke up or slept i just remember what workouts i did at what time. But i dont recall what i ate.

1st pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 10:57 AM).

1st run set - one hour long, burnt 709 calories (done at 12:07 PM).

2nd pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 12:10 PM), like the previous set i did them with proper form and balance.

3rd pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 12:47 PM). After this one i had some of my monster energy can then went to the bathroom.

4th pushup set - 20 pushups (done at 1:39 PM). After this i finished my monster energy drink can.

2nd set of running - one hour, calories burnt equal 620 (done at 2:54 PM).

5th set of the pushup - did 20 pushups exact (done at 2:55 PM).

6th set of pushups - 20 pushups (done at 3:09 PM). Though i had immense difficulty with the last five reps & had to catch my breath for 3 seconds.

3rd set of running - one hour, burned 729 calories (done at 4:21 PM).

7th set of running - 20 pushups (done at 4:23 PM).

Weighed myself naked - 211.9 lbs which is a huge shame.

Conclusion: Burnt 2058 calories (through biking) likely 142 more through other activities. My Pushup average increased.

My thoughts: If doing a pushup is equivalent to pushing 60 percent of your body weight around then i have done 7 sets of 20 reps for pushing 127 lbs.
