October 12th to October 19th (2020).
October 12th 2020:
I woke up at 4:50 AM i wanted to sleep more but i failed to, with a severe lack of sleep i came downstairs at 7 AM. Was done with my first set of biking at 7:38 AM it was 30 minutes long i burnt 327 calories doing it. My first plank was 35 seconds (done at 7:40 AM), the second plank lasted 45 seconds (done at 7:42 AM). A 3rd set was completed by me it was 60 seconds aka a entire minute (done at 7:45 AM). The fourth set was 63 seconds long (done at 7:49 AM). The fifth set was 40 seconds long (done at 7:53 AM).
I then weighed myself naked at 214.6 lbs. I decided to drink water and take a break. At 9:12 AM my right foot felt like it was buzzing as if it was an electric device. This is a rare occurence. I proceeded with pushups at 9:15 AM. 1st set was 13 reps (done at 9:15 AM), 2nd set was 10 reps (done at 9:17 AM). 3rd set i did 12 reps (done at 9:19 AM).
I burnt 284 calories in 25 minutes (done at 11:13 AM), this was my 2nd set of biking today. I then ate many pieces of Salmon with cream, lettuce & black pepper. I drank a few bottles of water & choose to have 2 glasses of milk later. At 3 PM i ate 5 1/2 egg whites & had a cup of cocunut milk, also drank water later on, i spent at least 1 hour in the daylight outside letting my face feel the warmth of the sun, resting.
Total calories burnt today - 611 through biking.
I am unable to sleep properly (despite not consuming any supplements) at 8 PM im still awake. I fell asleep finally at 8:55 PM.

October 13th 2020:
I woke up at around 6:30 AM weighed 213.6 lbs naked (a good start) but did not workout, i started eating at 7:14 AM i consumed 3 breadsticks & 2 1/2 egg whites (that i didnt eat yesterday) also pasta with chicken (this was ordered from olive garden yesterday). At 12 PM i consumed one more breadstick. I then went to the bathroom at 12:40 PM (yesterday i didnt defecate once it was all just urine yesterday) i was finished washing my hands and body by 1:20 PM.
After some recreation & relaxation I proceeded to workout. My first step was a 30 second plank (done at 1:46 PM). My 2nd set was a one minute long plank (done at 1:49 PM). The 3rd set was 50 seconds long (plank done at 2:03 PM). The fourth set was 40-seconds long (done at 2:04 PM). My 5th set lasted 60 seconds (done at 2:08 PM). I then did the russian twist (done at 2:14 PM) did ten repititions.
Next i did a side plank on my left arm (done at 2:16 PM) for 40 seconds. I did a 40 second long side plank on my right arm aswell (done at 2:18 PM). I also did ten reps of russian twist (done at 2:20 PM). I did a set of pushups (12 reps done at 2:24 PM). The second set of pushups i did was 13 reps (done at 2:26 PM). My 3rd set was 12 reps (done at 2:29 PM). The 4th set was 10 pushups (done at 2:32 PM) i did them slower as i wanted to try "time-under-tension".
My 5th pushups set was 12 reps (done at 2:35 PM). I then had another breadstick which was the last one. At 2:54 PM i attempted to resume weightlifting (as i havent lifted one for weeks). Did one set of 6 reps on each arm with a 25 lb dumbell (12 reps total). Then did one set of 5 reps on each arm with the same weight (10 reps for this segment). I completed one more set of 6 reps on both arms (12 reps) currently it is 3:03 PM. I next did 8 reps on each arm (16 reps). My latest set ended up being 9 reps per arm (18 reps altogether). I have so far completed 68 reps thus lifted the 25 lb dumbell numerous times.
Took a short break. At 3:21 PM i finally returned to my house. Did a set of 6 reps on each arm (12 reps). Then walked outside came back at 3:35 PM lifted weight again starting 3:36 PM. I successfully did 7 reps each arm (14 bicep curls) all of my free weight excercises today have been bicep curls. Did 7 reps for both arms again in another set (14 reps). Did 6 reps per arm in the set that followed this (12 reps). I then did 8 reps for both arms (16 reps). Last set was 5 reps per arm (10 reps). Calculating all numbers i did 146 dumbell curls.
I then ate chicken pieces with tomato sauce & a half cookie, drank coconut milk too. Drifted around on my laptop for a few hours sometimes on the TV too. Then made the decision to do biking at 9:26 PM i was done with my very 1st set at 9:41 PM i burned 153 calories in 15 minutes but my left ankle/foot felt weird/wierd so i stopped before i could reach a thirty minute mark but this fifteen minute set was done at a resistance of 2. I decided to do one russian twist and another ab workout (i dont remember this one's name).
I then finally choose to drink a supplement powder (C-4) with water. Relaxed for a few minutes, collected material from my room & came back to my gym. At 11:02 PM i started biking again the resistance i began with was 3. I was finished with this biking at 11:59 PM but typed something at 12 AM exact (october 14th) i burnt 671 calories in 57 minutes. Next i did a one-minute long normal plank (done at 12:02 AM). I then did one set of 16 pushups non-stop. I had a cup of cold milk at 1:40 AM (oct 14th) then slept at 2:30 AM.

October 14th 2020:
Woke up at 9:30 AM, weighed myself naked at 213.7 lbs. Washed myself a few times then came downstairs to the gym in my home. I did one plank that was fifty seconds long (done at 10:23 AM). My second plank was 40 seconds long (done at 10:28 AM). Next i did a russian twist of ten repititions (done at 10:31 AM). The 3rd plank was 30 seconds (done at 10:32 AM). I did a 4th plank that was 30 seconds long (done at 10:33 AM). My first set of biking started at 10:35 AM drank zero supplements just water. Started at a resistance of 2. Was done at 11:05 AM in these 30 minutes i burned 338 calories. I then had a supplement powder for my next sets.
The 2nd biking set began at 11:26 AM after drinking a suppelment, the resistance i started with is 3. At 11:59 AM i turned the resistance upto 4. I was done at 12:56 PM burnt 1125 calories in 1 hour 30 minutes. I then weighed myself after doing something i am still 213.7 lbs naked. I then went to shave, get rid of my waste & take a shower, then rinsed my teeth with mouthwash instead of brushing them.
After taking a shower i watched TV starting at 2:16 PM then at 3 PM i arrived to Costco. Left Costco at 330 PM after shopping. Then I played basket ball alone in the yard of a neighbhor named "Anthony" for a minute. I weighed myself at 212 lbs naked (during 4:08 PM). Then at 4:23 PM i started eating, my first meal was 12 egg whites with a unknown amount of strawberries. I then had a protein bar (21 grams of protein, 7 grams of sugar). At 5:24 PM i went outside for a walk. I then had a 30 gram protein drink at 6 PM.
If i were to do some calculations then adding the protein from egg whites, the bar, strawberries and the drink it would total to at least 97 grams of protein so far today but i have yet to get to my required 130 & i havent had enough calories yet. I then ate 3 garlic drumsticks (unknown protein/fat content) starting at 7:45 PM ending at 7:58 PM. Had some protein milk (30 more grams). I did some research & recalled the taste of the garlic drumstick chicken and made the decision to not eat any more of these types of drumsticks i told my dad he could have the rest of them. I then brushed, flossed & rinsed my teeth. I know that through the last protein drink & the chicken i have crossed 130 grams of protein today so i have met my requirements for protein.
After what happened today (my experience eating the food) ive made a important decision that i am not going to eat any more egg whites today either (i may still have half baked, scrambled, omelet etc type of eggs). At 10 PM i made the decision of eating one banana (because i realize after doing some calculations that ive barely consumed 1 thousand calories so far today despite "feeling" full). I also drank cocounut milk (90 calories, 8 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein). I then had a cookies n cream protein bar snack (22 grams of protein). Slept at 3:20 AM (oct 15th).

October 15th 2020:
Woke up at 8:50 AM, weighed 212.8 lbs while naked at 9:32 AM no clothes were on my body. Then i ate 3 protein bars along with some milk (700 calories total 64 grams of protein). Next I did a few warmup excercises but nothing really serious. I drank a considerable amount of water bottles then at 12:10 PM i proceeded doo biking. Done at 12:44 PM burnt 350 calories in 33 minutes i bumped the resistance upto 3 for the second half of the set but in the first half it was 2. I read till Naruto chapter 358.
I then went to the bathroom but weighed the same when i was done. I then had protein milk but spilt it through accident which resulted in a decrease of the amount of protein in the drink and the amount of calories (115 calories & 22 grams of protein) at 1:50 PM. After this i had a banana at 3:10 PM. At 3:50 PM i began eating pasta (24 gram protein 7 gram fat) was done at 4:05 PM. At 7:40 PM i started eating again (3 & a half pieces of Salmon & 32 strawberries), then i had some milk (16g protein).
Slept (can only make an inference) at 1 AM (oct 16th).
Calculations: 176 - 180 grams (protein i had today) i calculated the Salmons at 50 (minimum) though the maximum would be 75 or 85.

October 16th, 2020:
Woke up at 9:50 AM did some activities in my bed then weighed myself at 212.7 lbs naked, then came downstairs began typing at 10:50 AM. Then had protein milk (30 grams, 160 calories) at 11:03 AM. I did one plank then which was a minute long (ended at the 20th second of 11:20 AM). My second plank was also a minute long (ended at 11:24 AM). The 3rd plank i did lasted a minute long (done at 11:31 AM). I then did a ab workout & 2 side plank taps (done at 11:38 AM). Then i did a russian twist (done at 11:42 AM). 1st set of pushups was ten reps (done at 11:45 AM). 2nd set i did 13 pushups (done at 11:50 AM).
I started biking again at 11:55 AM. Was done at 12:55 PM burned 700 calories in one hour. The resistance of the bike started at 2 & gradually went up to 5. Then i did more pushups this set was 12 pushups (done at 12:57 PM). The 4th set was 13 pushups (done at 12:59 PM). Then i went to the bathroom when i was done i weighed the same weight that i woke up with. At 2 PM i choose to eat one banana (105 calories 1 gram of protein, drink water and drink protein milk (same calorie's & grams as before). At 3 PM i ate a chicken burrito (unknown amount of calories & protein), 2 protein bars (42 grams of protein/370 calorie's) and drank one glass of milk (8 grams of protein + 130 calories).
Read till Naruto chapter 360. At 4:41 PM i ate five strawberry's. At 8:50 PM i ate 2 protein bars (380 calories & 42 grams of protein) and some water was drunk. I then urinated a few times. I attempted to do a variety of ab workouts but failed then at 10:25 PM i made the decision of doing a single set of pushups (done at 10:26 PM) i did 10 reps. I then brushed, flossed & rinsed my teeth, next i did a plank which lasted a minute long (done at 10:58 PM). Then did another minute-long plank (done at 11:09 PM). Then did 25 reps of ab workouts on each side (elbow to knee excercise). Then i did 10 more reps per side for another ab workout (done at 11:22 PM).
I did one set of pushups which was 12 reps (done at 11:24 PM). At 1 AM i took a preworkout powder supplement (more than one serving size) and ate a piece of one banana. During 1:22 AM i started pushups again, this time i did 14 reps (done at 1:23 AM). I unfortunately had to go to the bathroom again by 1:35 AM. I got rid of a vast portion of waste, but felt my legs were tired so i choose to work on another body part starting at 2:21 AM. I did a set of 12 pushups (done at 2:22 AM). Then i did my last/final plank, it lasted a minute (done at 2:24 AM). I then did a set of 14 pushups (done at 2:40 AM).
Started biking again at 2:51 AM, the resistance in the begininng is 3. At 3:01 AM i bumped the resistance to 4. I felt this pain my neck's left side. My left foot/toes also felt pain. I finished it earlier than i thought i would (at 3:31 AM) burning 480 calories in 40 minutes. But moving the left of my neck hurts when i move my neck to the right side so i lack the freedom to turn my head. Then i did my last set of pushups which was 12 repitions (done at 3:38 AM). At 4 AM i ate that piece of leftover Salmon from yesterday & one beef taco. Then i brushed my teeth, rinsed & flossed them, the left side of my neck still hurt tho, i cant do some movements without immense pain i hope it gets healed by tommorow (its 4:55 AM october 17th right now). I read till Naruto Chapter 362 slept at 5:30 AM.
So far - 1770 confirmed calories if i include the burrito then 2220. Already at the required amount of protein. I drank a few water bottles today too.
I've done 10 sets of pushups (122 = reps). 6 Planks. Ran for an hour & 40 minutes. Through this biking i was able to burn 1180 calories.

October 17th 2020:
I weighed 211.5 lbs naked. Went downstairs at 2 PM. But i am confused at what time i woke up i dont remember cause i was still in my bed at the time.
My only set of biking lasted 30 minutes, i burned 367 calories in this set today, for 19 minutes the resistance was 4, the last 11 minutes the resistance was 5. It was done at 3:31 PM. Following this up i had 18 straw berries & 3 eggs. After this i had 2 protein bars (380 calories, 42 grams protein, 14 grams fat). I drank a cup of milk (8 grams of protein) and had one drumstick. At 4:30 PM i had protein milk (30 grams of protein 160 calories). Eventually my neck paon continued so i asked my parents they told me the solution (putting cream on it & doing neck workouts, and resting) so i didnt do any weights or cardio (that i was planning today) but instead did neck excercises and put cream on the neck. But i did do 15 pushups on my table then stopped.
I read till Naruto Chapter 370 then went to Anthonys house & stayed for around 25 minutes, talking to him & his friend "White" (a native american). Coming back home i ate a banana at 6:17 PM. I had protein milk again (160 calories, 30 protein grams) & two different bars (44 grams of protein + 360 calories). I also had a drumstick. Was done with my meals before 7 PM. After doing something in my room I went to the bathroom it took a long time, then i took a bath and a shower was done with everything by 11 PM. At 12 AM (oct 18th) i ate one more protein bar (21 grams, 180 calories). Then at 3 AM i slept after doing something.
Before my sleep i typed something depressing tho.

October 18th, 2020:
Woke up at 11 AM but didnt go downstairs till 12 PM. Weighed the same amount naked (211.5 lbs) as yesterday. At 12:46 PM i decided to start lifting but made a decision to not lift for at least a week after this. My first set was 20 kickbacks (with a 10 lb dumbell) on my right arm, then with the left arm (done at 12:48 PM). At 12:50 PM i started skull crushers, first i did 20 repititions on the left arm (done at 12:52 PM) it was really taxing. I proceeded at 12:54 PM with my fresh arm (the right side). Through immense difficulty i succeeded in doing 20 reps (done at 12:56 PM), i put concentration into them i did each of the reps slow the dumbell was 10 lbs. I then did a 30-second long plank (done at 1:01 PM). Rested again till 1:06 PM.
At 1:07 PM i did kickbacks again 20 reps on the left arm and 20 again on the right arm (done at 1:08 PM), as usual the dumbell was 10 lbs. Rested till 1:16 PM did kick backs with the same weight again. Right arm first this time then did my left arm, as before it was 20 reps on the right side but instead of 20 on left i did 22 (done at 1:18 PM). Did skull crushers again starting at 1:22 PM, left arm first this time, did 12 reps per set (done at 1:25 PM). Started kickbacks again at 1:28 PM. Left arm first (20 reps) then right arm (21 reps), done at 1:30 PM. Did one plank that lasted a mere 30 seconds (done at 1:33 PM) my fingers feel weird now after lifting and without gloves. I decided to take a break.
At 2 PM i ate two Bananas (2 grams of protein) & drank one protein milk (30 grams) & a 190 calorie 21 gram protein bar. Then i took a break, at 5:40 PM i went to the bathroom then after i was done i ate 2 protein bars (42 grams) and one drumstick (13 grams), also drank some milk (5 grams). Then at 7:40 PM i had protein milk (160 calories, 30 grams) & a bar again (21 grams, 180 calories), i have had at least 164 protein grams so far today. At 10:48 PM i had another protein bar (21 grams of protein 190 calories) and 2 + a half cup/cups of milk (22 grams of protein 325 calories). Also 15 strawberrys and some water.
Finally came back to physical activity at 2:29 AM (oct 19th), started off with a plank (done at 2:30 AM) it lasted a minute. Then proceeded with kickbacks, did 20 reps with the same weight first my right hand then my left hand (done at 2:33 AM). Did another set of 20 reps first i did them on my right hand and finished with my left hand (done at 2:36 AM). Finally i did yet another minute-long plank (done at 2:39 AM). After walking around and drifting i continued my real workout this time i did skull crushers with a 10 lb dumbell (15 reps on my left side first then my right side).
Next i again choose kickbacks as my excercise to do. Did 20 reps per arm again (done at 2:50 AM). After that i did dumbell press one 25 lb dumbell in my left arm and another in my right arm i did 20 reps slowly lifting these 2 dumbells (together they are 50 lbs) done at 2:53 AM. After this i choose to drink a preworkout powder and rest for a few minutes. By 3:49 AM i was finally back. This time i did my workout without gloves on. I did 20 reps of dumbell press (i assume theirs no real improvement because i waited too long after i drunk the powder).
I decided to put my gloves back on. My next dumbell press session was 23 reps (done at 3:57 AM). Rested for a few minutes as i was multitasking with other activities on my laptop. Then at 4:11 AM resumed till 4:13 AM i did another set of 21 reps for dumbell press. Then 22 more reps (done at 4:17 AM). Did rest for a few minutes but eventually did a set of 20 reps again (done at 4:25 AM) with those 25 lb dumbells. I switched to kickbacks then and did twenty reps with a 10 lb dumbell (done at 4:31 AM). I then did one minute long plank again (done at 4:35 AM). Next i completed one set of 15 reps for dumbell press (25 x 2 = 50 lbs). I finally did skull crushers again 15 reps for both arms but when i was doing with my right arm it started to feel really tired in the last 4 reps (done at 4:42 AM).
I did 18 reps for my recent set of dumbell press (done at 4:45 AM). I had planned to do some biking today but chose not to, instead i drank protein milk at 5:19 AM and choose to take my life easier, focused on typing things, editing screenshots etc. I dont feel depressed today, i do feel like i can take life on better. Slept at 8:30 AM.
So far - ive done 8 sets of kickbacks on each side, 7 sets of dumbell press (each set is both arms together), 4 sets of skull crushers on each side, 237 grams of protein so far.

October 19th, 2020:
Woke up at 1:50 PM after 5 hours 20 minutes of sleeping. Did something in my bedroom then weighed myself at 210.1 lbs naked, then weighed myself again with clothes on and still 210.1 lbs. Although this is an improvement and bright sign still i feel somewhat dissapointed as i feel im basically going in circles since i weighed the same 3 months ago at July 10th. I then talked to my dad told him what he had to cook. And i started biking most of it was in the resistance of 3 then 4, the last few minutes were spent in a resistance of 6. I burned 337 calories in thirty minutes.
I ate most of the pasta (??? calories), one banana (105 calores + 1 gram) & a protein bar (22 grams and 180 calories). After this is brushed, flossed, rinsed my teeth (done at 4:46 PM). Then at 7 PM i finished the remainder of the pasta (i calculated 60 grams of protein due to the chicken & the content of protein in the macaroni + liquid). Also had 2 pieces of Lasagna. Then i had a 30 gram protein milk drink. I then had 16 straw berries and some water.
Then i did some other things and went to the bathroom took a halfbath to as i had to clean my legs & other body parts. My knees & legs felt so tired that i choose not to do biking and instead choose to type things while my legs rest on a cushion. I had 42 grams of protein (380 calories). And 1 cup of milk (130 calories/8 grams).
Had more Lasagna at 3:27 AM. Slept at around 4:30 AM.
Counting calories & protein [calorie count is today based on inferences but protein is factual]:
155 grams (not counting lasagna).
1800 calories counting lasagna too (some of it is just based on assumption).
