October 4th, 5th and 6th.

October 4th 2020:

Got out of bed at around 3 or 330 PM i dont remember if i went to sleep at 8 AM or 9/10 AM (oct 4th) but i do know that i went outside just to walk get my body moving etc. Went back inside my house ate lays chips, a six inch subway sandwich, drank some sweet coke, had a muffin.

Watched some episodes of "Vikings" started working out at 8:39 PM on my bike. I finished my first set at 9:09 PM burning 375 calories & crossing almost 7 miles as per the machine.

My 2nd run/biking set was done at 12:40 AM (Oct 5th) i burned 1458 calories in 1 hour 47 minutes. After this i drank three cups of coffee & took a break eventually i started my third set which ended at 4:23 AM burning 819 calories in 1hr & 12 minutes. The total amount i burned through biking today is 2652 (3 hours 29 mins of biking).

I then drank triphala at around 4:50 AM had a few small pieces of oily chicken (despite not wanting to) at 5:40 AM then drank some water & went to the bathroom a few times then i washed some of my hair and weighed myself naked at 211.3 lbs, i dont want to eat anything else today. I seem to be unable to make the most effective use of my left arm & leg, i feel like some problems in my body that existed in the year of 2015 are resurfacing, cause today (9 AM) my left knee, ankle & elbow felt pain) while the right side of my body (counterparts of those three bones/regions/areas) seemed okay.

Slept at 11:10 AM (october 5th).

October 5th, 2020:

I had more than six hours of sleep and almost 7 hours, i woke up at some time after 6 PM before 7 PM i ate some salmon, had a banana, drank a cup of almond milk, four cups of water & also had a small mint chocolate chip ice cream bar. Before eating anything today i weighed 209.2 lbs naked, after eating i did not check my weight.

I started to work out at 10:12 PM doing pushups.

1st set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:13 PM)

2nd set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:17 PM) this was after drinking some water

3rd set - 12 regular pushups (done at 10:19 PM)

4th set - 11 regular pushups (done at 10:20 PM)

5th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:23 PM)

I drank more water after this and continued below.

6th set - 13 regular pushups (done at 10:28 PM)

7th set - 12 regular pushups (done at 10:32 PM)

8th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:33 PM)

9th set - 14 regular pushups (done at 10:38 PM)

Total - 102 repititions in 25 minutes. After this i drank "C-4 Fruit Punch"

10th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:44 PM)

11th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:47 PM)

12th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:53 PM)

13th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 10:57 PM)

14th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:01 PM)

15th set - 11 regular pushups (done at 11:07 PM)

Total - 163 pushups (61 in 24 minutes) i started the first/tenth set at 10:43 PM.

16th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:17 PM)

17th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:21 PM)

18th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:26 PM)

19th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:28 PM)

20th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:29 PM)

Total - 213 pushups (50 in 12 minutes), in the sets below i drank "Rockstar Xdurance" in between each set.

21st set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:40 PM)

22nd set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:43 PM)

23rd set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:49 PM)

24th set - 10 regular pushups (done at 11:52 PM)

25th set - 11 regular pushups (done at 11:54 PM)

Total - 264 pushups (51 in 15 minutes). I then proceeded to eat another piece of salmon, a bananna, a small ice-cream & a glass of milk.

Instead of my left shoulder now it is my right shoulder that has started to hurt & increase in pain while my left one is fine.

October 6th 2020:

26th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:20 AM)

27th set - 11 pushups (done at 3:22 AM)

28th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:26 AM)

29th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:28 AM)

30th set - 12 pushups (done at 3:31 AM)

Total - 317 (53 in 11 minutes).

Started a 30 minute biking session at 3:37 AM i dont intend to run for a longer amount of time. I was done at 4:07 (AM) and burnt 398 calories at a resistance of 5 no more no less.

31st set - 10 pushups (done at 4:09 AM)

32nd set - 10 pushups (done at 4:11 AM)

Total - 337 pushups.

I unfortunately started eating again after i took a shower i had a water bottle with pasta and the rest of the salmon, the meal was high in protein low in sugar/fat, but i had a cup of almond milk later on. I started working out again at 8:03 AM.

33rd set - 10 pushups (done at 8:04 AM)

34th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:14 AM)

35th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:31 AM)

36th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:33 AM)

37th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:36 AM)

Total - 387 pushups. I then took a break and drank "ROCKSTAR THERMO"

38th set - 12 pushups (done at 9:34 AM)

39th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:37 AM)

40th set - 11 pushups (done at 9:41 AM)

41st set - 12 pushups (done at 9:51 AM)

42nd set - 10 pushups (done at 9:54 AM)

43rd set - 10 pushups (done at 9:57 AM)

Total - 452 pushups so far, i did 65 ever since the drink (33 in 8 minutes & 32 in 7 minutes since i took a ten minute break).

44th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:06 AM)

45th set - 11 pushups (done at 10:11 AM)

46th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:13 AM)

47th set - 11 pushups (done at 10:16 AM)

48th set - 13 pushups (done at 10:19 AM)

49th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:21 AM)

50th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:23 AM)

Total - 527 pushups (75 in 17 minutes due to tireness) i decided ill have a supplement again now

51st set - 10 pushups (done at 10:33 AM)

52nd set - 10 pushups (done at 10:39 AM)

53rd set - 10 pushups (done at 10:48 AM)

54th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:49 AM)

55th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:51 AM)

56th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:52 AM)

Total - 629 (102 of them were in this series of sets, despite taking breaks in between i still felt super tired especially on my head). Once again i took too long of a break.

61st set - 12 pushups (done at 1:54 PM)

64th set - 10 pushups (done at 2:03 PM)

Total - 672 pushups (43 in 10 minutes) after this i drank a "C-4 pre workout powder"

67th set - 10 pushups (done at 2:13 PM)

68th set - 10 pushups (done at 2:16 PM)

Total - 723 pushups (51 in 12 minutes)

74th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:06 PM) by this point my left shoulder felt bad but my right one was better

75th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:08 PM)

Total - 783 pushups (60 pushups but only 30 of them were done in a 4 minute time period, i was too lazy)

76th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:10 PM)

77th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:16 PM)

78th set - 11 pushups (done at 3:19 PM)

79th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:22 PM)

80th set - 10 pushups (done at 3:23 PM)

Total - 834 regular pushups (51 in five sets i took atleast five minutes off for a break though)

81st set - 10 pushups (done at 3:29 PM)

82nd set - 10 pushups (done at 3:31 PM)

Once again i made another mistake and rested.

83rd set - 10 pushups (done at 4:34 PM)

84th set - 10 pushups (done at 4:41 PM)

Total - 894 pushups so far.

Total - 930 pushups.

91st set - 8 pushups (done at 4:52 PM)

94th set - 7 pushups (done at 4:56 PM)

95th set - 10 pushups (done at 4:58 PM)

96th set - 9 pushups (done at 4:59 PM)

Total - 981 pushups (51 were done in seven minutes).

97th set - 10 pushups (done at 5:01 PM)

98th set - 10 pushups (done at 5:03 PM)

99th set - 8 pushups (done at 5:04 PM)

100th set - 9 pushups (done at 5:05 PM)

GrandtotaL - 1018 regular pushups.

All of these sets lasted less than thirty seconds, combined however (not counting breaks) they may be an hour. The 100 sets pushup is more taxing on my arms/shoulder than every other excercise ive done in the past 365 days.
