My pushup tenure in March 2021.

Pushup journey (3/10/2021 to 3/31/2021).

First (March 10th):

1st set - 6 reps (unknown time)

2nd set - 7 reps (8:41 PM)

3rd set - 8 reps (10:35 PM)

4th set - 10 reps (10:39 PM)

5th set - 8 reps (10:53 PM)

6th set - 8 reps (10:55 PM)

7th set - 6 reps (11:18 PM)

8th set - 7 reps (11:57 PM)

Total = 60 pushups

Average = 7.5 per set (60 divided by 8)

I did stay awake after this but i am not counting it for the tenth day of the month.

Second (March 11th):

Ate salmon and banana and drank water. Then had preworkout powder mixed with water.

1st set - 6 reps (11:36 PM) did feel bloated in this set.

2nd set - 7 reps (11:38 PM)

3rd set - 8 reps (11:40 PM)

4th set - 9 reps (11:41 PM)

5th set - 10 reps (11:49 PM)

6th set - 8 reps (11:51 PM)

7th set - 9 reps (11:53 PM)

8th set - 9 reps (11:54 PM)

9th set - 6 reps (11:55 PM)

10th set - 9 reps (11:56 PM)

Total = 81 push ups

Average = 8.1 per set (81 divided by 10)

Third (March 12th 2021):
Didnt sleep as i woke up late so this is continued from yesterday but only included for this day.

1st set - 10 pushups (11:40 AM)

2nd set - 10 reps (11:41 AM)

3rd set - 13 reps (11:52 AM)

4th set - 10 reps (11:53 AM)

5th set - 12 reps (11:57 AM)

6th set - 8 reps (12:02 PM)

7th set - 9 reps (12:23 PM)
Goal is 15 sets but i failed to get their as i choose to do other things, went to sleep then woke at 1 AM the next day.
Total = 72 pushups

Average = 10.2 reps (72 divided by 7) starting from the next day i am only counting sets that are 10 reps or more.

Fourth (March 13th 2021):

1st set - 10 reps (12:56 PM)
2nd set - 12 reps (12:58 PM)
3rd set - 12 reps (1:02 PM)
4th set - 11 reps (1:07 PM)
5th set - 10 reps (1:12 PM)
6th set - 12 reps (1:15 PM)
7th set - 10 reps (1:18 PM)
8th set - 12 reps (1:28 PM)
9th set - 12 reps (1:34 PM)
10th set - 11 reps (1:37 PM)
11th set - 10 reps (1:39 PM)
Total = 122 push ups

Average = 11.09 (122 divided by 11) I wanted to do 15 sets today but failed again as i invested my interest in other categories from 2 PM till 6 PM.

Fifth (March 14th 2021):

1st set - 10 push ups (10:12 AM)
2nd set - 10 push ups (10:32 AM)
3rd set - 13 push ups (11:46 AM)
4th set - 13 push ups (11:50 AM)
5th set - 15 push ups (12:29 PM)
6th set - 14 push ups (12:33 PM)
7th set - 15 push ups (12:38 PM)
8th set - 13 push ups (12:49 PM)
9th set - 18 push ups (12:54 PM)
10th set - 14 push ups (1:05 PM)
11th set - 15 push ups (1:23 PM)
12th set - 16 push ups (2:03 PM)

Total = 210 pushups

Average = 14 (210 divided by 15), though i reached my goal of fifteen sets i need to work on doing it daily, and on increasing my average. Along with having no caffeine.

The next few days i made a couple of diet mistakes so i didnt even bother doing pushups with the exception of one time where i did a set of three pushups. A day where my diet was accurate i had a problem of a severe headache and feeling of laziness.

Sixth (March 18th 2021):

1st - 13 reps (9:23 AM)
2nd - 18 reps (9:29 AM)
3rd - 16 reps (9:35 AM)
4th - 17 reps (10:34 AM)
5th - 13 reps (10:36 AM)
6th - 16 reps (12:28 PM)
7th - 17 reps (12:39 PM)

Total = 246 pushups

for the first five sets were done before i ate anything, i did them without any supplements, no protein shakes or preworkout powders (though i consumed protein after those sets), as my power + average decreased in the 14th set i decided to take a preworkout powder dose unfortunately i still got somewhat lower reps, i did more sets after the 15th one but nothing major came up, and my shoulder/eblow on the right arm felt a little pained.

Average = 16.4 per set (246 divided by 15)

Seventh (March 19th, 2021):

For this day i decided i will still do fifteen sets but try to do anywhere between 3 or 5 sets per hour (when i choose too).

1st - 15 reps (5:29 PM)
2nd - 20 reps (5:44 PM)
3rd - 18 reps (5:58 PM)
4th - 18 reps (7:20 PM)
5th - 17 reps (7:49 PM)
6th - 18 reps (7:56 PM)
7th - 19 reps (11:39 PM)

Total = 125
Average = 17.85 per set (125 divided by 7) I could have done more sets but chose not to, i think maybe my body needs rest as my right bicep/arm felt different.

At March 22nd i did do alot of pushup sets but most of them ended with below ten reps, so i dont truly count it, i decided to focus on rejuvanating also had a cheat day.

Eighth (March 24th, 2021):

1st - 15 push ups (1:58 PM)
2nd - 16 push ups (2:03 pM)

4th - 15 pushups (6:18 PM)
5th - 15 push ups(8:59 PM)
6th - 15 pushups (9:17 PM))

Average = 15 per set (165 divided by 11)

Ninth (March 26th 2021):

This went on till the 27th of the month as i decided to include that as i woke up at the 26th but did not begin my sets till later on. After the 3rd set the reps are from the 27th of the month.

1st - 16 reps (11:21 PM)
2nd - 18 reps (11:29 PM)
3rd - 19 reps (11:31 PM)
4th - 16 reps (12:24 AM)
5th - 17 reps (12:49 AM)

Total = 181 push ups.
Average = 18.1 per set(181 divided by 10).

Tenth (March 31st, 2021):

Their was such a immense amount of days that i didnt do push ups because i did over 300 reps for a tricep workout and felt like i need to rest for two days after that free weight excercise in order to maximize my gains. I ate chicken breast, salmon, pasta, mango & consumed protein powders in the previous days but during this day i consumed protein powder, little pasta, many eggs, water & milk nothing else.

Though i woke up at the end of march 30th my workouts didnt begin till after 2 AM, i started with a warm up set of 12 push ups but do not count it in my major sets. My first eight sets were without preworkout powder, so after the 6th set i took a break (in the bathroom) then did another set, did something else and then took powder after my eighth set.

After the thirteenth set i took another break, then did one set & choose to have preworkout powder (a secondose) and a break. Following the nine-teenth set i went walking using weights then came back and did two sets, then drank more preworkout (i wanted to finish the remainder in my cup). I knew i wouldnt be able to sleep fast due to caffeine so i chose to do other things. Out of a desire of not ending my sets at a th digit I decided to do more sets later on.

1st - 15 reps (2:16 AM)

Total = 550 push ups right now (562 if you count the original set).
Average = 16.6667 (550 divided by 33). Not satisfied with my average yet still satisfied with a total that is like this.

Grandtotal (for the "month"): 1812 push ups this is not counting anything before march 10th.

Math (550 + 181 + 165 + 125 + 246 + 210 + 122 + 72 + 81 + 60).
