My fitness life - September 25th, 2020.
i really wanna focus more on my arms and abs today (at september 25th)
Pushup records today:
1st set - 10 pushups (done at 10:24 AM)
2nd set - 12 pushups (done at 10:37 AM)
3rd set - 10 pushups (done at 10:38 AM)
4th set - 11 pushups (done at 10:42 AM)
5th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:45 AM)
6th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:47 AM)
7th set - 13 pushups (done at 10:49 AM)
8th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:51 AM)
9th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:53 AM)
10th set - 10 pushups (done at 10:56 AM)
11th set - 12 pushups (done at 11:09 AM)
12th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:10 AM)
13th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:14 AM)
14th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:20 AM)
Total - 148 pushups. Then i ran for 30 minutes on my bike, i kept changing the resistance between 4 and 9 so i burnt 423 calories.
After my run:
15th set - 11 pushups (done at 11:59 AM)
16th set - 10 pushups (done at 12:00 PM)
17th set - 10 pushups (done at 12:01 PM)
18th set - 10 pushups (done at 12:03 PM)
19th set - 11 pushups (done at 12:05 PM)
20th set - 12 pushups (done at 12:09 PM)
Total - 212 pushups so far.
I then took a huge break, first went to the bathroom, took a shower, then went to eat. Did a few other things. Was done at 2 PM, after that i finished my second sandwich and did a few other things, my stomach felt too bloated for me to workout at the best of my ability.
Unfortunately my break was too long i returned with a vengeance.
21st set - 10 pushups (done at 8:23 PM)
22nd set - 12 pushups (done at 8:29 PM)
23rd set - 12 pushups (done at 8:34 PM)
24th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:35 PM)
25th set - 11 pushups (done at 8:37 PM)
26th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:39 PM)
27th set - 11 pushups (done at 8:42 PM)
28th set - 12 pushups (done at 8:45 PM)
Total - 300 pushups so far.
29th set - 10 pushups (done at 8:54 PM)
30th set - 11 pushups (done at 8:55 PM)
31st set - 13 pushups (done at 8:58 PM)
32nd set - 14 pushups (done at 9:00 PM)
33rd set - 11 pushups (done at 9:01 PM)
34th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:03 PM)
35th set - 11 pushups (done at 9:06 PM)
36th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:09 PM)
37th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:11 PM)
38th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:15 PM)
39th set - 10 pushups (done at 9:16 PM)
40th set - 12 pushups (done at 9:18 PM)
Total - 432 pushups till now.
Another break this time well deserved.
41st set - 15 pushups (done at 10:36 PM)
42nd set - 11 pushups (done at 10:39 PM)
43rd set - 12 pushups (done at 10:45 PM)
Total - 470 pushups as of now i have yet to reach 500.
44th set - 13 pushups (done at 11:03 PM)
45th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:05 PM)
46th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:07 PM)
47th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:09 PM)
48th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:10 PM)
49th set - 11 pushups (done at 11:12 PM)
50th set - 10 pushups (done at 11:14 PM)
Total - 544 pushups today so far.
