October 28th, 2020:
I woke up in my bed (at 2:16 AM) did something for 30 to 45 minutes until i went outside tried to freshen up, then got the machine to weigh myself naked i was happy that i was at 205.6 lbs but i also knew that i accepted to lose alot more but it was better than nothing. Today i am eating this bad food not out of addiction or habit but instead helplessness due to lack of proper healthy foods in my house & a driver who could buy them. Had 800 calories (4 chicken patties) an unknown amount of calories in (a bowl of red berries & 2 pizzas), and a little over 10 ounces of milk (i infer 156 calories).
My primary goals till the end of this month are losing weight & getting out of my sugar addiction. Becoming satisfied with healthier choices. I finished a water bottle at 5:31 AM. I put my clothes in the washing amchine at 8 AM. Then at 8:30 had 4 cups of milk (520 cal) and five chicken patties (1000 calories) with tobasco sauce. Had a few slices of pizza but removed things that i disliked. Next i choose to have a water bottle, then i put an ice pack first on my left arm then right arm each for 16 minutes minimum before all this i had washed the dishes. I had a beef taco at 6:43 PM. Slept at 7:50 PM (oct 28th)

October 29th, 2020:
Woke up did something in my room then went back to sleep woke up at 3:30 AM (october 29th), i did have a dream it was negative though. Weighed 208.7 lbs naked at 4:30 AM. I drank triphala juice then ate a banana at 4:57 AM. My stomach doesnt feel good i feel like throwing up now, its felt that way since 5 AM. At 6 AM i was done drinking a cup of coffee it seemed like their was no or very little sugar in it. I then went to the bathroom and was done after getting rid of alot of my waste yet when i weighed myself (during 6:44 AM) i weighed the same weight naked (208.7 lbs). I cleaned some areas of my bathroom as their was alot of hair from my head & body that dropped to the floor and sink etc.
Then at 7:33 AM i had my last/second cup of coffee. My 1st set of pushups was 10 reps (done at 8:13 AM) i began at 8:12 AM. 2nd set was 12 reps (done at 8:15 AM). At 8:17 AM i began my 3rd set which was 13 pushups (done at 8:18 AM). Then i did 10 more pushups (4th set completed at 8:20 AM). At 8:24 AM i started doing 14 pushups (done at 8:25 AM). Then drank intra workout powder at 8:28 AM. Next my 6th pushup set began at 8:30 AM i was done with 15 repititions at 8:31 AM (the set took a mere 23 seconds). During 8:39 AM i started again did 19 pushups this time (done at 8:40 AM). At 8:51 AM i began my 8th set my left shoulder/tricep seemed to be in more stress i did 15 pushups (done at 8:52 AM).
At 9:13 AM i finally began my biking excercise the first resistance was 2. At 10:16 AM i switched the resistance to 3. I was done biking at 11:17 AM the last few minutes i biked pretty slow the speed decreased but i burned 1314 calories in these 2 hours & 3 minutes. Then i decided to have 3 bowls of KRAVE cereal (unknown calories) with milk, also a second banana. Next i consumed the intraworkout powder again cause i believed it could help recovery however my tummy felt like it was doing something to the foods in it. Then i went to my bedroom in order to do something. After that i came downstairs & finished typing this at 12:47 PM.
I still cant get rid of the sweet taste of that powder in my throat. Next at 1:09 PM i began my 9th set of pushups despite having a bloated stomach i completed 13 reps before the minute was over, the entire set may have been a mere 30 seconds. At 1:10 PM i did 10 more pushups (done at 1:11 PM). I then accidentaly hurt my left shoulder at 1:22 PM walking into a wall next to a door. I choose to consume my preworkout powder instead. Eventually i started biking at 2:14 PM by the time i was on my 10th second the resistance became 4. I was done at 3:14 PM with this set i burned 735 calories in 1 hour. After all this i washed some dishes, had a few bowls of cereal, urinated alot, & i brushed my teeth along with rinsing, flossing etc.
Then i came back downstairs by 4:35 PM. At 5:09 PM i consumed my last cup of coffee. My manhood has felt really weird/wierd for the past few hours i wonder why that is, i believe its possible that it happened due to the supplements i consumed today or the caffieine i do not know how to explain what my manhood feels like. My biking set began at 7:05 PM at a resistance of 3. Burnt 312 calories in 27 minutes (i was done at 7:32 PM with this set). I then had many oreos as they were revealed to be at home.
The oreos were 48 (2560 calories) in number, the milk must have added even more calories. Even though i told no one to buy any still dad bought them i had to eat them all today. My left bicep hurt.
Status completion - ive done 10 sets of pushups so far, drunk 3 water bottles, 3 hours & 29 minutes of biking (burnt 2361 calories).
