Nov 11th & 10th
November 10th to 11th 2020 (workout is the only thing typed down): 1st set - started at 8:05 PM resistance 2, increased resistance to 3 at 8:10 PM this was all after a supplement called "C 4 Fruit Punch" At 8:45 PM i did take a few seconds off for a break then continued at 8:46 PM the resistance became 4, stopped at 9:17 PM burning 876 calories in 1 hour 12 minutes. I then proceeded to eat some food enough to make sure im not bloated then did my next set without any supplement. 2nd set - started at 11:07 PM at a resistance of 3, at 12:03 AM bumped resistance upto 4 done at 12:37 AM burned 971 calories in a hour & 30 minutes. After this i ate a few portions of pasta & some candy & had a supplement. But that was after over 30 minutes of recreation. 3rd set - started at 1:48 AM (oct 11th) after the effect of the supplement started to show the resistance is 4, i think i accidentally pressed the button again & once put the resistance on 3 but the next thing i...
