1. Day 1 (Janaury 14th): I took a rotiserrie chicken out of the fridge and cooked it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then it was still cold but some parts were warm i consumed the warm parts it had alot of juice on the bottom of it. I also added orange peppers to my meal. I then put it back in the microwave for another thirty minutes, it was warmer now so i ate as much as i desired, their are some parts uneaten so i put them back in the fridge in the plastic plate. I am also consuming some warmed up milk. I ordered Westside Medium pizza with three toppings (pepperoni, mushroom, chicken) it will be around 8 slices.
