My pushup tenure in March 2021.
Pushup journey (3/10/2021 to 3/31/2021). First ( March 10th ): 1st set - 6 reps (unknown time) 2nd set - 7 reps (8:41 PM) 3rd set - 8 reps (10:35 PM) 4th set - 10 reps (10:39 PM) 5th set - 8 reps (10:53 PM) 6th set - 8 reps (10:55 PM) 7th set - 6 reps (11:18 PM) 8th set - 7 reps (11:57 PM) Total = 60 pushups Average = 7.5 per set (60 divided by 8) I did stay awake after this but i am not counting it for the tenth day of the month. Second ( March 11th ): Ate salmon and banana and drank water. Then had preworkout powder mixed with water. 1st set - 6 reps (11:36 PM) did feel bloated in this set. 2nd set - 7 reps (11:38 PM) 3rd set - 8 reps (11:40 PM) 4th set - 9 reps (11:41 PM) 5th set - 10 reps (11:49 PM) 6th set - 8 reps (11:51 PM) 7th set - 9 reps (11:53 PM) 8th set - 9 reps (11:54 PM) 9th set - 6 reps (11:55 PM) 10th set - 9 reps (11:56 PM) Total = 81 push ups Average = 8.1 per set (81 divided by 10) Third ( March 12th 2021 ): Didnt sleep as i woke up late so this is continued from ye...
